Festival Foods is a grocery store chain with over 30 full-service, state-of-the-art locations that offer a wide variety of exceptional food and an exceptional customer experience. Although the company has been around for years, it still maintains the same servant leadership philosophy and care for its guests as it did when it had just one store. While the stores generally have a great selection and decent quality products, some customers have found the prices to be quite high compared to other local grocers. The bakery and prepared food sections have received mixed reviews, with some finding the bakery to be mediocre, while others praise the talented staff, especially in the La Crosse location. Customers also note that the self-checkout and limited "We Bag" lines can detract from the overall service experience. Overall, Festival Foods aims to provide a high-quality, customer-focused grocery shopping experience, though some aspects, such as pricing and the availability of traditional checkout options, may not meet the expectations of all customers.
Great service, but high prices. Cheaper than Hyvee tho.

Purchased the chix fajita mix from meat counter yesterday (6.99 lb) The chix was not cut in uniform pieces! Great big chunks we had to cut to a decent cooking size. The peppers and onions were cut too thin. the flavors were spot on. I’ll be checking back as this mixture is family fav. Thanks
