No problem with our local driver, but local ship center is not very helpful. Get notification around 930 my package is ready to pick up but when I get out there I find out they are closed and only open from 3-5 pm. What kind of hours are those? In the time (5 min) I was in the parking lot 2 other people stopped by to attempt to deliver packages. What makes it worse is plenty of presumably employee vehicles were parked there. Will not be using the ship to location service any more and pay extra to use a different company.

They delivered my package to the wrong house, the delivery picture shows that it's the wrong house. Big surprise with FedEx, right? I have contacted FedEx both by phone and online, to file a missing package case. They don't respond, of course, but actually had the nerve to text me a followup customer satisfaction survey. You know, for the help I never recieved. Time and time again FedEx is easily the worst, most unprofessional shipping service available. This is what the FedEx name is known for. Irresponsibility and a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. I will never select their service for anything as long as I have a choice.I think that the one thing that they truly take pride in is setting the lowest bar, that every other company on the planet can strive to stay above. No matter how bad any other company is, at least they can always say "Well we're bad, but at least we're better than FedEx.".

We paid for delivery between 5pm and 9pm, but the driver keeps trying to deliver during the day. Customer service cannot fix anything. I had to physically drive to this office to find out that they don't deliver in the time frames their scheduling software let me choose. Even though the order said to deliver in those times, nobody ever reached out to me to tell me that this location would not. They were just going to stay quiet, continue to try to deliver during the day, until my parcel would have been sent back. All this time customer service was assuring me that my package would be delivered between 5pm and 8pm, everyday I called! So far I'm still out the extra money I paid to get the 5pm to 8pm delivery that I never received. I've got to call and deal with customer service in 2 weeks once the order is completed in the system. I couldn't get much worse than this nightmare.

Actually a minus one, my package was delayed, then 4 hours after it was scanned in Lacrosse it was scanned again at the same location only this time as damaged and undeliverable. After wasting a week calling the automated line, freight finally gave me an office number. The lady was rude and said my package was damaged and got thrown in the trash, and that the trash comes on Mondays (it's Thursday, 2 weeks after shipment). What a joke. Pay extra for UPS, they treat their drivers better anyways.

Real smart fedex you broke my truck refrigerator that I really did need and had to take back to Walmart to send it back. Now I have to wait 3 weeks to order a new one after I get my refund. Quit beating up and damaging packages. The box was destroyed and beat up by the time It got to me which implies it was done during shipping. If you can't have your employees take better care of people's property I think you need to fire them. As a truck driver myself which I know alot about shipping. I suggest you fix this before I start refusing to haul any freight with fedex on the bills.

By far the most incompetent delivery company. Their drivers don't follow instructions or make good faith efforts to make deliveries. You really don't want to waste time using this company.
