Extremely disappointed and will not be returning anymore. As a company catering to masons and construction workers they are well behind the curve. Never have tools i.e. barrel jointers, line blocks, levels, Mason hammers (there are about 10 divergent sizes weights and styles and they carry one) in stock. They are over priced and the hours and costumer care is unacceptable. They are closed on weekends now when 90% of construction workers must follow the work out of town Monday through Friday and to make matters worse i drove here this morning because the website says "OPEN" only to find a sign on the door saying closed Saturdays!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would have. I am not the only worker unhappy with the way things have been progressively getting worse at this particular farrell and i am finally fed up!!!

I do not go here often but I have been here a few times. One day I went there to get a concrete sealer and no one behind the counter knew what they were talking about. After 10 minutes of questions and debate, I walked out with a high end "sealer" for a concrete interior floor. I wasn't sure about the product so I asked a senior member of Farrell later about it (after I already applied the product) and he told me that it was the wrong product and would never have recommended it for a floor. I wasn't overly happy. Then recently I went to Farrell for a specific product. The guy behind the counter was am older fella. I asked a couple questions on the product and he acted as I was an annoyance. I just needed some clarification. I asked about different sizes that this product comes in (I wanted a larger size) and he immediately acts like I offended him. I was told they carry a larger container but he immediately snapped, "No one here would have said we carry a larger container!" I was irritated at this guys poor attitude and just bought the smaller container and left. I bought 1 bag instead of a pallet due to this guy. I hope the help at the front changes at some point, but until then I will take my business elsewhere.
