I will never go back again.The haircut wasn't done with what I told the stylist I wanted. The trim she did on the length of my hair all in even☹️.. She needs to go back to beauty school.

I went to get my haircut and seen they were offering eyebrow waxing! I really loved my hair cut and style, the stylist was really nice! But after my wax I noticed she literally ripped off some of my skin! And I have these tiny bumps on the top of my eyebrow and no it isn’t acne, they are some type of infection bumps from the wax….. beware and do not take up the waxing services because my eyebrows hurt so bad and I’ll probably have a scar from my skin being ripped off from over waxing. Really disappointed because the owner is so sweet but this is not okay!

Since I started going here I'll never go anywhere else. Richelle is the best but everyone there is always so nice and welcoming. The wait is never too bad.

I loved my experience here for my birthday. I had my hair colored back to it's original color of dark brown. The results are fantastic. My time there was comfortable and exceeded expectations. The lady who did my hair, Abigail was very friendly and even offered me coffee. Her scalp massage was pleasing too.

Abby R did a phenomenal job styling my hair! I asked her to curl my hair so it could look a little nicer for a family photoshoot that afternoon. Before curling my hair, she even brushed it all out to ensure the curls would hold their shape. She also communicated with me that she'd be making thr curls a little tighter so they'll hold their shape until the photoshoot and if I wanted them a little looser, I could just run my hands through it just before the shoot. The curls held their shape all day and night, and even into the following day. She was also very personable and nice to talk with. I will definitely be requesting her again next time I need my hair styled!Service: Hairstyling

Worst haircut of my life. My hair has chopped up layers on one side and not the other and one side is longer than the other. Not to mention I told her I was growing my hair out…well so much for that. I’m going to have to pay again to have it fixed which means I’m going to have to go short to even remotely look decent ?Service: Haircut

After calling and them telling me they could do my cut and colors if I got there before 4:30 pm. Long story short I drove 45 minutes got there at 4:10pm them looking at me telling me they didn't have time to do it but I could come back on a Sat at 9 am puttingbit mildly I left ticked off!! Receptionists need to be taught better than to just tell potential clients to come in.

I've been going here for about 1.5 yrs and have never had a bad cut. Staff and owner are very pleasant as well. Highly recommend.

Great experience today. Got a cut and highlights. She took her time and was personable and engaging while doing my hair.Also have to do a late shout out to the owner who cut and highlighted my daughter’s hair a few months ago. It looked fantastic and she got many compliments.Services: Haircut

I am not happy with the hair cut. I asked for layers and hair length should be till collar bone. Disappointingly my hair barely touches the shoulder. The hair is uneven, so I had to cut some hair at home to make it look even and elegant. The front hair is long, side hair is short, back side is uneven (long gap between layers looked awkward). Both the sides dont look identical, left side is longer than the right side. I am not going back again.Service: Haircut
