They just recently reworked their agreement with Roland to sell their pianos again. Although I had to call a few times to get updates, I did eventually get them regarding the shipment. Make sure you get a hold of Marty, though, as he can give you a better idea of when it will be received.The wait was all made up for with their delivery service though. Marty did the delivery and I could tell that he took great care in handling my eGrand Piano! I very much appreciated their service and was also thanked and once again apologized to for the delay.In the end I was very glad I went locally with SSE and Marty, versus ordering online. The white glove service in delivery alone was worth it!”
