After having a bad experience at a different place, I took my car to Dahl and explained what was wrong with my car, and they took the time to find a bunch of issues that the other place couldn't find! I got a very detailed report of everything that needed to be fixed! Tim is great and was very helpful!! I'm definitely going to be coming back!

Horrible service. Had loaner for over two weeks after just purchasing vehicle from Dahl for mechanical issues not properly fixed. Was sent to another dealership. Promised communication and phone calls back, but received none. Was supposed to receive a refund as well, but never did.

Totally amazing! The service center treats you like family. I have been a local customer for roughly 3yrs. Don Salisbury mgr & all the staff, of the service center, goes above & beyond helping out customers. They are very professional, & very knowledgeable to answer any customers. Wait time, depending on the customers needs is short. Never have to wait too long.. The sales department, is EXCELLENT. Next time, you want to look for a vehicle, call or go see Geno, at Dahl Hyundai, Subaru.

Highly do not recommend this dealership. Everybody is very rude. They sold me a car, it was not detailed, I sent it back 2 different times before I took it home to get it re detailed since it was my first car I bought by myself, I wanted it to be nice. After taking it home I still found French fries and kid toys all over the vehicle. They said they inspected it but after taking it home I found that the button to close the trunk was broken and didn’t work. Even though the car is under a warranty until 60,000 miles, they weren’t going to fix it but eventually after arguing with them they did. Recently I took my car back for an exhaust leak because by other mechanics I have been told I have an exhaust leak. It took them 2 hours to look over my vehicle and they just said “we didn’t find anything, if it gets worse come back.” (I live over an hour away) I will never buy a vehicle from Dahl again as they are very rude, non compliant, don’t keep their word for warranty, and flat out won’t fix the problem you have.

Contacted Dahl looking for a used car, gave some info online and recieved a text from Katie and she was great! With the information we shared, it provided a very quick and efficient way to transition into our car buying task at hand. We were put in touch with Ken, the product specialist and he was so caring and knowledgeable and listened to what we were saying! A few hours later, we were driving off the lot with a better car! Cant say enough about Dahl! Give them a try!
