From talking to people, I think more experienced lower quality than these reviews indicate. Our experience was more on a par with Jeanette’s review than the 5 star reviews I’ve seen. We only went there for an oil change because we had the $39.99 coupon, and because we got our tires there and expected free rotation with our tire purchase (like most other dealers and places do). Like Jeanette, our 39.99 oil change morphed into $92.73. In all fairness this did include $17.86 for an air filter and $26.36 for the tire rotation and there was an up charge for the .07 quarts of oil beyond the 5 quarts included in the promotion. No, we were not told the tire rotation was included, we just assumed. Most people think that’s a scam: as this receipt shows we were charged $57.55 then credited $10.50 which means the extra .07 quarts cost us $7 and change. So not a huge ripoff, but definitely an annoying and confusing bait and switch.
Then there was the oil leak that we had after we got the oil change done. I took the car back and they did an inspection and told me ‘no the oil is all there, and it’s firmly in place, so what you see on your garage floor must be residual from the oil change.’ So I was wrong, everything was fine. After the car continued to leak oil my husband went back and insisted all was not well, that cars don’t leak after a proper oil change, to which after keeping our car like 4 hours they replied ‘it’s the gasket that was bad’.

Needed a muffler, got in same day and did a great job. Just needed an oil change this time, really like their inspection check, no hard sell with it.

I took my Honda Pilot in for some front end noise. After they completed their inspection, I was informed that I needed about every fluid there is in a vehicle changed. They were great with communication via the phone and also have a fantastic report that is clear and conscience.
The repair to my sway bars improved my vehicle so much. Also, I can definitely notice the new transmission fluid and brake fluid replacement.
Great garage and the shuttle service is super handy!

Service was done promptly but despite me asking the vehicle maintenance reminders were not reset. Makes me wonder what else wasn’t done.

It was my first experience here and it was terrible. I will never go back. I had a 9 am appointment and they weren't able to service it until about 1 pm and on top of that my new oil filter was dirty (see photos for info) even with my coupon it cost me upwards for 75 bucks. And they left my secondary air injection tube loose when my husband checked under the hood. Also there was no parking so I parked my car front of the oil change bay and was rudely instructed to park.... like where? ? but ok.
****in the response to the passive aggressive reply from *owner* I WILL NOT STEP FOOT in ur parking lot ever*** and just because they were backing out the bay soon is no excuse for poor behavior. If it was such a big deal he could've park my car HIMSELF instead of talking to me like I'm an idiot! Have a happy day

So far everything is working out. And got a list of easy and affordable fixes.
New starter has a delay but full disclosure it might be my ignition lock. I'll know more in October when that's gone.
