I had a great experience with Michelle. There was an accident made with my car payment, and she was very quick in figuring it out and reversing it. Both she and the teller did a great job making me feel like they had everything under control.

I'm shocked at the customer service. A basic question turned into 10 minutes on hold, then a Manager saying "You need to contact Erica, that's all I can say." Click and she hung up!! WOW. Horrible customer service!

BMO truly doesn’t have much to offer for the everyday person unless you have $200k sitting around. I’ve banked here for nearly 12 years and recently made the switch to Altra CU and couldn’t be happier.What really made up my mind about them is when I went to close the account. I asked the teller if there was a minimum balance to which she said she didn’t think so but wasn’t sure since it’s an older account, and that it should be fine. I took her advice, emptied the account, and now 2 weeks later I have a $12 service fee that they won’t reverse. Had I been able to close the account initially (you apparently have to go in for this, I didn’t have time) and gotten correct info from the teller, this all would’ve been avoided.Oh well, lesson learned.

A banker from this branch [Maggie], called be yesterday with literally no time to adequately explain to me their accounts and promotions to me. She was rushing to get off the phone with me to get with her appointment. She stated “ she would call me back in the afternoon.”To no avail! She had a caviller attitude!I call back this morning and she said “she had an emergency.”I have never seen a financial institution ? not be prompt, professional and courteous. This BMO Harris is quite the contrary!Secondly, she [Libby] suggested I speak with her Branch Manager. That’s a conflict right there! I want to speak to their District Manager. There needs to be some accountability here. This Libby, should be written up and this should be placed in her personal file.The Branch Manager agreed with one thing I said to her that if Libby, couldn’t maintain to callback to me she should have delegated that to another banker.Another lackadaisical ? bank!’Sincerely,David Dashney
