Not sure why but I always feel unsafe attempting to pull into the drive thru. It works, but somehow I wish it was just a little bit easier to navigate to the ATM, I'd feel more secure crossing traffic, making the turn and steering to the ATM without having to consider possibly being hit by another car or without possibly steering into something that I don't want to hit. It's a bit too tight.

Inconvenient location, unclear drive thru -- is it 2 lanes? Why is one of the lanes look like its half obstructed by a wall? Located along a one way street, no clear area for parking. Small inside, echoey. Just not a nice location at all. Not sure why 'downtown' is always advertised as 'convenient' when this place is the complete opposite. And now the drivethru on north side closed so this is the only other near location. These are all things which won't ever change here, because the location is the problem, not the branch. This branch just needs to move somewhere better.

3 bank managers and several new tellers in 6 months. Lots of turnover is not a good sign. Good luck getting a call back! Don't bank here

Every time I call Associated and I mean every time or I'll go to the drive thru those people are the nicest most professional people you'll deal with. Patient too.

This bank is not consistent at all one person will tell you one thing and one person will tell you something different thay refuse to work with thare costumers at all not helpful and very rude

Well I was interested in opening multiple accounts here as they have locations In good areas for me however I called 4 times during business hours with no answer. Finally I went and stood in hour for an hour at which point I was told I would need to sit and wait for a banker. This was when it was not busy at all if they cannot answer phones or questions how are they supposed to manage my money?

Jay Sodey is the assitant bank manager and helped me look at different loans with my business and did an excellent job as far as follow up and looking into different options.
