Ace would not honor the lifetime warranty for a broken Craftsman ratchet purchased here as part of a set. They claimed because they did not sell the identical ratchet (same serial number) individually, they could not replace it. I will be shopping elsewhere.

I needed a pair of lantern mantles for the gas lantern in my Mom's front yard. Couldn't find any at Wally World. But the helpful hardware folks at Ace had them, and led me right to them. Should have gone to Ace first!

If you are lucky enough to have an Ace Hardware in your neighborhood you better be going there! The people that work there really know their stuff and they're so kind and helpful. And this one is no exception I love going here and every Department there's just things I need and helpful people

Absolutely terrible service. The gentleman at the service desk in the back has a terrible attitude. Mustache bald 5.8. I watched him berate the man ahead of me. Then he proceeded to take his insecurities out on me. The customer just felt terrible. I know not to take Bill seriously as I have delt with him on multiple occasions. Terrible service and Bill is the definition of someone who should not have to deal with customers. It's to bad someone like this is put in charge because he is literally loosing business for Ace. Thats two customers in a matter of 15 minutes.

Honestly, horrible with their phones.
Ive called numerous times over the last week.
Seems like they dont answer half the time. When they do, I asked to get transferred to the firearms department, and get hung up on.
Have to call back, and once again its a flip of a coin if they're gonna pick up

Been in this store 4 times, and twice have been ignored by staff who were too busy socializing with each other to bother with me. If they weren't closer than Menards I wouldn't bother.
