Super Job. Large stone chip on passenger side morphed into 3 large cracks across the entire windshield. Called and was assured that they could get the Subaru windshield in and replaced in less than a week. Done today in exactly 2 hours. We are super happy with the work and with Amy and the guys in the back!

Chris came over and replaced the windshield on my daughter's vehicle and did a great job....A-1 gave me a great quote that saved me alot of money vs the national company....plus A-1 didn't try to sell me new windshield wipers for $70.00. A-1 also disposed of the old windshield for free vs the national company that charges $40.00. So why go with the expensive national company when you can patronize a local company and save a ton of money?Service: Auto windshield repair

To the lady who answered the phone when my wife called today.... I hope you find time to go back to school and take lessons in customer service... To be rude on the phone is one thing...to bash your competitor to a customer on the phone is down right rude.

I'm glad they came to me, but it created more concerns. They put a note on the bill that the car was locked... My wife was home, but they never even tried the doorbell to ask for it to be unlocked. The repair is invisible. By that I mean it looks exactly the same as when it had been damaged. No change whatsoever. I doubted that they had even done anything. Part of me still does, even after calling them. The repair didn't even fill in the tiny divot in my windshield where the center of the chip was. They reassured me that it is warranted, and the money I spent can go to a new windshield if it still fails... But it doesn't stop a part of me from thinking that all I've done is just make a down payment on a new windshield.

Terrific service by all involved - front desk to work crew. The guys replacing the windshield even figured out the source of the clicking sound coming from somewhere around the dash. That saved me the need to take it in for fixing. Nice work guys.

I have a 1972 Dodge Dart Swinger 2 door hardtop and after calling a few places and not getting any return calls, I called A1 Glass after some other classic car guys suggested them. Called them and within a week I had a professional (Chris) come by the house and replace the gasket on my front windshield. He knows his stuff. Thanks A1 Glass!!

I had an appointment out of town today and on my way there a dump truck passed me and threw up a rock and put a pretty good chip in my windshield. Figured since I was driving I might as well call my insurance company then. Spoke with them and they said they would have A1 Glass call me to set up a time to fix. Within 7 minutes my phone was ringing and it was A1 Glass already! Thanks to their commercials I knew by the phone # that they were calling from La Crosse, which is where my appointment was. I was able to go and get my chip filled this afternoon while I was there. All taken care of in less than 6 hours! Super nice people and very quick and painless process!
