“Brought my Hobart Stickmate 210i in to MM&E because I heard a pop inside the machine and it stopped working. The owner of the shop opened the unit up and said it appeared one of the boards was bad. He then looked at the serial number and made a call to Miller to see if the machine was still under warranty. He found that it was! I left my welder at the shop knowing it would be fixed for free! Less than two days later he called me to pick up my new welder. When I got there, his shop tech handed me a new Miller Thunderbolt 210 stick welder! Apparently repair costs on the Hobart would not have been cost effective so I got a new machine! I'd like to thank the owner of MM&E for working with Miller to address the warranty work. He went above and beyond my expectations that day. I'd trust him again with any of my other welders. Additionally, I'd like to thank Miller for their high quality American made machines, and for providing a first rate warranty they stand behind.”
