They got the job done, but it was not an enjoyable experience for me. Partly me partly them.

Service was really good. Had to upgrade a modem, and they swapped it out. Got a wireless router, but later bought one. Returned the wireless router to Spectrum with no issues.

The reception lately has been very unpleasant. You come home from a hard day in the heat and I can't watch a single show to completion because the video locks. Very frustrating.
