This one worker is bringing down store ratings... Worst worker ever!!! If store isn't busy he is constantly going in and out of back empty handed... When store is packed he spends literally hours with one customer to avoid working... Photo example he flirted for over 2 hours while other workers took on the twenty ppl waiting...

Kyle was great to work with and very helpful. He took care of everything quickly and professionally. Was glad I got there when it wasnt busy. There was a huge line behind me. Timing is everything.

Great customer experience!! These guys know what they are doing and are super friendly! I don't bother calling Spectrum anymore, I just go in and get my questions answered in quicker time and less frustration.
