Walked in. Wasn't greeted. Had four associates each walk past me. No one acknowledged me. Poor customer service. Left without buying anything. I'll stick with the Manitowoc store.

Worst service ever! Three associates and only two customers (me and a friend) and couldn’t get help in any way. They were too involved in chatting with one another to assist their customers AND yet the manager had time to ring up the order of an associate??? Makes no sense at all.

Poor customer service. The girls were more concerned about gossiping and their phones.
