I bought a new Kohler Higharc toilet 1.28 gallon at HomeDepo here in Houston ,Tx Inside the box I didn’t find the wax ring and hold down bolts. I called Kohler and spoke to Kaletha and she sent me the parts next day air FedEx. Thank you Kohler. You have made me a customer for life
