“My 20 something year old faucets started having restricted flow/pressure. I contacted Kohler and they said my faucets needed to be replaced and they covered the parts!!! After 20+ years! But the two main faucet bodies were on 4 month back order. So they said I could buy them from some place else and they would reimburse me! Now that is what I call great customer service!!!”

I moved back to Madison (from Manitowoc) but I have continued to receive the newsletter all these years because there is nothing like it here in Madison (or in Milwaukee). I haven’t had the pleasure of visiting the new location in Kohler… been meaning to for years but just haven’t been in the neighborhood…but this summer I have to plan a road trip! Nest, I miss you!???”
