“Have always wanted to check this place out, such a variety of stuff. Was search all over town for lemon grass stalks and someone said here! Sure enough asked the lady that was working and she showed me and we talked about what i was making it was braised pork belly and that was the last ingredient i needed!”

“I found this store back in the mid 80s and would visit monthly. After moving into Sheboygan I had forgotten it, until a few months ago it was brought up in a conversation, when I found out that it was still in business! Since that discovery, I try to get out there every week. The prices are most often much lower than anywhere else, but what I really go out there for is just the "strange" variety of many products. I find it "fun" to stroll the aisles looking at so many different products, and as I said, the price is usually unbeatable. The person managing the store has always been helpful, and nice to talk with. I just wish that I could get there earlier, as they close at 4, 5, or 6, depending on the day. Closed Sunday through Wednesday.”

“I love Meijer. Meijer has the best, freshest choices. I also go here for my prescriptions using my gold rx. Meijer has cheaper prices. I don't live in Sheboygan, but if I'm going to Sheboygan, it's to get my prescriptions and i grocery shop too, and it's all in one swoop. I save twice!”

“Lots of variety. Good choice for imported nonperishable groceries from several different countries/ethnicities. The deli counter seems to never be open. Lot's of produce but in about five different varieties of the same dozen foods (ei. black plums, red plums, golden plums, prune plums, no peaches).”
“What is great about Piggly Wiggly, is that if one doesn't have something, there are other Piggly Wiggly stores near by that do. 2 in Sheboygan. 1 in Sheboygan Falls. 1 in Plymouth. 1 in Manitowoc. 1 in Two Rivers. And they all have great service.”
“We just moved to the area and headed over to the Piggly Wiggly to check it out before the Packers game. This is a great small-town grocery store that is CLEAN!! The staff is very friendly and we actually met the current owner, and she was so nice. We will be supporting this store as we get acclimated to our new surroundings.”

“Having read all of the other reviews after having my prescription here, I was a little bit nervous I had made a big mistake. However, my experience was very pleasant.”
“Very nice grocery store. My only negative comment would be that Pick n Save (whose parent company is Kroger) refuses to join the Fair Food Program, which, right now, is the only way to guarantee that farmworkers who harvest our food are treated decent. Pick n Save/Kroger has been found to have have purchased food from farms in the US with slavery rings.”
“I was looking for cantaloupe the other day, but couldn't find any. A young lady named Windex very kindly checked the back for me. She couldn't find any but suggested something called a kiss melon. I've never heard of it before but it was amazing! I'll never use cantaloupe for my fruit salads ever again!”

“I was confused abt where shipping office was located my first time coming here. Make a right on 24th street and drive down to the fenced in gravel lot on the left side..Park truck in gravel lot and walk to check in at door 1. Overnight parking is available. Fast unload process”

“I absolutely love Woodlake Market. They have such a wonderful selection of produce, alcohol, and novelty foods. The employees are super friendly and helpful.
Also, the sushi punches above its weight here. Even my Japanese husband was impressed.
Edit: taking off a star for the snooty cashier who was way friendlier to the lady before us and to me on previous outings. Didn’t even ask if we had a loyalty account. We were in non-fancy workout clothes this time and I suspect that she thought we weren’t local and of the “right” tax bracket. Another example of Kohler living up to its reputation.”
