Veronica did such a great job on our dog Rudy’s groom!! He had so many large matted knots all over him from the summer/swimming and she got them all out! She took her time on him and is truly a great caring groomer. Rudy is always excited to visit Veronica for a groom!

We’ve been going to Wags and Whiskers for daycare for a little while and have been really impressed. Yes, it takes a bit to get in for an assessment day, but just know that ahead of time. They are a busy place! I was very impressed with the run down of how they operate, a tour of the facility, and most importantly my dog has the best time. She’s way more tired after a Wags daycare day than other places. Which is really nice since she is high energy! I also love that they post facebook photos of her during the day. It’s so cute to see her with her doggie friends. I love if you need a small grooming service you can sign up when you bring them in and you don’t need to call ahead for daycare. My dog stepped in gum recently and we couldn’t get it all out. They were willing to look at her and help get the rest out which I am very thankful for. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend Wags & Whiskers!

It’s probably about time that I should review the daycare that our Gracie Lou has been in for 2 1/2 years now. The staff is always super good and the play areas are awesome. I’ve never had an issue. They’re the only place I would send my dog in the Fox Valley area. Way to go to the owners who try to stay up on not only their staff, but always making sure that their facility is as safe as possible. My only advice to people who are looking for a Boarding facility is to send them to daycare. If it’s a month before you’re gonna leave, let them get used to it. It just makes you feel a lot better. A prepared pup is a happy pup and we all want that for our dogs.

They did an ok job of grooming. But charged me an arm and a paw for my bill. It was $165. My other groomer was on leave and only charges 75 so almost $100 more. I’m autistic and everything is so expensive

Canceled my dogs assessment because I couldn’t make my last appointment and now they refuse to even take in my dogs. Terrible customer service!
Responding to reply: you guys literally had me
Booked for almost a month before you decided to get on your high horse and basically unwelcome my business for NO REASON! I canceled only one time because I wasn’t feeling well and now all of the sudden you guys want to act like bullies. I hope people realize how horrible you are and take their business elsewhere!

My dog loves going here! I like the fact that I can get his nails trimmed or he can get a bath/trim during his daycare!

Let me start by saying if the staff has no issues with your dog, they are wonderful, friendly and attentive. We took Remi to "school" 1 to 2x per week for a year and a half with no issues. She was even boarded multiple times. When our grand-dog moved in with us, she even started going to "school," also with no issues.
That all changed starting on 2/20/2024. My son in law came home with a report card for Remi indicating she was lunging at the staff and one staff member became uncomfortable. I thought this was strange because she'd never exhibited that behavior before there. On 2/27/2024, when I dropped them off, one of the owners told me not to go anywhere that they needed to talk to me. I initially thought perfect as I wanted to get a rundown of the previous week's events. The other owner and a staff member came over to talk to me about Remi before the other owner came back. They indicated this type of situation had happened multiple times with Remi and kept asking if they had our correct phone numbers on file. I was asked this 3x. Yes, our correct phone numbers are on file and NO ONE ever called or stopped us previously to talk about "ALL" these incidents. So that day I called at noon to see how Remi's behavior was. One of the owner's answered and asked the staff member how Remi was through the walkie talkie. Remi was initially confused with another Remi who's a German Shepherd. Owner started to tell me they were having multiple issues with Remi when the staff member said she's a big German Shepherd. My Remi is a 50 pound Jack Russell Terrier, Border Collie Mix. Once the RIGHT dog was figured out, I learned Remi had one incident that day and they put her in rest time. Everything was good. I assured them they could call me at anytime if anything happened. For another few weeks nothing happened, or at least we were never called. We asked every time we picked up if there were any concerns.
Then on 3/19/2024, I was on my way back from a Doctor's appt when Wags & Whiskers popped up on my caller id. When I answered, the caller had already hung up. 30 seconds later, the phone rang again. I answered and one of the owners said, "Sorry I hung up the first time. I wanted to be sure this wasn't Mike's number." Hmm...why did that matter? My husband is one of the contacts for Remi. Strange but she proceeded to tell me that Remi was lunging at the staff again and they were concerned for safety. Could I please come and pick her up because she was being kicked out for the day? I had a meeting so my daughter went to pick up Remi. Since we'd had less than stellar communication over the past few weeks, my daughter decided to record the interaction. (Wisconsin is a one party consent state btw so this was all legal). The minute my daughter walked in the door they started cashing Remi out of the system and said this was permanent. I shouldn't have been too shocked when their in person words didn't match the phone call. My daughter started questioning them about what changed at the facility that now Remi was acting this way. Again, no issues for 1.5 years. She said Remi needed de-stimulation training and hopefully she'd improve so we wouldn't have to take further measures. What the hell does that mean??? Because you had issues, now my dog is somehow evil and further things may be needed??? My daughter then said she'd also like to cash Minnie out. Minnie is a timid dog and loves being with Remi so she wouldn't do well there alone. The owners then proceeded to tell my daughter how they've also experienced issues with Minnie. NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER ON MINNIE EVER. My daughter said there was no communication ever regarding Minnie. By then they were both cashed out of the system and the dogs appeared so it was time to leave.
I'm very disappointed at the lack of communication, the concerns that seemed to come out of the woodwork and blatant disregard for o

Two great grooming cuts for our pup. Friendly staff. Easy scheduling. They did lose our paperwork though so I had to fill that out twice. Fun store too.

We bring our two dogs here for daycare and boarding and we LOVE it! We have a Great Dane and a small mixed breed. They are so compassionate towards all their dogs! I also love the adorable pictures they take of them!
