We where asked to find different care for our daughter because kindercare couldn't meet our families expectations told to us by district leader chris murray and reginal direct anna patterson. Our expectations where to keep our daughter safe and get what we paid for according to the kindercare guidebook. Center director kasey holland told us she wouldn't put our daughter with a teacher I watched hit a kid and kasey did it 3 times. Assistant director andrea brought a wild baby bunny into the center. When questioned she told me it was fine. Andrea called for an incident. My wife was called even though I am first on the list. She said well this is how I do things. Daily reports are consistantly not filled out according to the guidebook. Chris murray district leader would just make excuses as to why things where not getting done like well other teachers aren't doing it or ask for what you need in the app. I am not sure why we need to ask for things we are not getting and they are not makeing sure they are makeing the staff do their job. I asked regional leader anna patterson why as parents we have to follow kindercare policies but kindercare staff doesn't. She had no answer. So it appears to us you get what they give you and be happy because if you ask for what you are suppose to get and pay good money for you will be asked to leave.

Great KinderCare and staff is nice. My son enjoying and happy with his new friends and his teacher Laura is the best sending an updates and pictures of what activities they’re doing.

Ever since our daughter started at Kimberly Kindercare, we've seen so many immense, positive changes! She's able to distinguish words with objects and colors, loves working with her shapes and puzzles and most of all, thoroughly enjoys story time whether at school or at home before bed! Her teachers helped us establish a solid schedule before school and after, as well as currently have started to introduce her to potty training! I can't say enough positive things about this daycare specifically and the curriculum as a whole for the Kindercare system. Thank you so much for looking at our kids as your own and helping them grow into their personalities!

The Kimberly KinderCare is so warm and welcoming. All of the staff and the management are nothing short of amazing. They have an amazing curriculum that is followed. Daily reports and pictures are sent over the phone on the KinderCare app making it easy to check in on the children each day. I could go on and on about all the ways KinderCare goes above and beyond... but most importantly, I know my children are being loved, nurtured, comforted and allowed to learn, grow and explore in a warm and caring environment... everyday. I will not take my children anywhere else and will be very sad the day they have to leave Kimberly KinderCare.

Our daughter has been at KinderCare for about 4 months now and I have nothing but amazing things to say about the staff and care provided. They are considerate of parents, keeping them updated throughout the day, diligent in relaying updates when needed on development and thoughtful in posting pictures frequently making it a little easy to be away. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and experienced! I am sad to see our daughter move up to the older room/side as I adore her current teachers, however can tell already that the new teachers are just as wonderful! Our daughter's personality and growth have only strengthened since going to daycare. Best decision in sending our daughter to this particular childcare center!

The staff at the Kimberly Kindercare are all down to earth and easy to talk to. I love watching and hearing the excitement my child shows when she gets picked up each day. The staff members are also long term teachers, so they know what they are doing and have years of experience with their age groups. Proud Kindercare parent!

Great daycare with caring staff that go out of there way to care for the kids. We have enjoyed having all three of our kids goto daycare there.

The staff is unbelievably amazing. When my daughter started 2yrs) she was very apprehensive. The ladies did the best job I could have expected. Down to earth, home town moms are all you’re gonna find there. I have my full trust in th staff at the Kimberly Kindercare. My daughter is now going on six The director, Annette, is hands down who you want managing your kids. Trust me. 10/10 Would Recommend.

This place is awful. The care is alright I suppose but I work my butt off to barely afford just this place and rent alone and then they try to tell me I cant bring my child in because they are unwilling to work with me to get it paid a little later in the week. How the heck am i supposed to pay you with the money I'm not making because I have to stay home to watch my child? Awful. I will never use this service again and best believe I'll share this. Wish i could give 0 stars.
