I emailed this business a week ago asking a very simple question: I'm missing a rubber caster that goes on one of your Easels, can they help me with the details to purchase a new one? I got a reply almost a week later, not providing me with the answer, but asking me questions of where and when I bought the Easel. I replied immediately, expressing urgency on the matter since it is almost 200lbs and I can't move it without the wheels. That was two days ago. Now it's the end of the day on Thursday and they aren't in the office on Fridays, meaning I won't hear anything completely useless from them until next week

I have the Best Sante Fe 2 easel purchased from Jack Richeson via Akamai art in Kona Hawaii. It’s a long story! (my original never made it here due to incompetence with moving company)It’s my 2nd Sante Fe 2. I love using it.By a freakish event one of the fixed casters broke last week. I kept the base propped up with a rock so I could keep working.I called Jack Richeson and spoke to Debbie in customer service. She was super understanding and spot on customer service. She got the replacement item out the next day. I received it today and put the rock back outside with its pals. Thank you so very much, I so appreciate you!

Terri was very rude and unhelpful. She made me feel less than for shopping in the bargain room and was very rude when I asked for help looking for something. You might want to look at who you employ because the quality of customer service was very poor.

Some of the best fine art supplies in the US. This is their retail store and gallery. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. This is *the* place to go for things like high-end brushes, media, paints.

This is an update to my previous 1-star review. They stepped up to the plate and corrected the issue I had with the easels caster. Instead of sending a one caster replacement, they sent an upgraded set of casters for all legs. Thank you

Beautiful gallery facilities, professional and knowledgeable staff, and amazing products. They are a true gem within our community, as well as a fantastic resource for artists and arts organizations throughout the country. I have always been warmly greeted by staff when going there, and everyone has consistently gone above and beyond to provide a first-rate experience.
