Great company and great people. The people at J Richeson are very helpful and knowledgeable about there product lines. Wish all companies were as friendly as they are. Keep up the great work.

Terri was very rude and unhelpful. She made me feel less than for shopping in the bargain room and was very rude when I asked for help looking for something. You might want to look at who you employ because the quality of customer service was very poor.
