Great service, comfortable beds and pillows (which I usually have a hard time with doing lots of work travel). Great location.

Everything was fine about my stay here until a few days later, when fraudulent charge attempts were made with the credit cards I used there. This was the only place where both cards that were affected by the fraud were physically used, so someone at that front desk stole my credit card information! I am a frequent traveler and patron Hilton brand hotels often on my trips, and I expect a much higher quality of service. I will NEVER stay at this property again!

The room floor was dirty, with hair in the shower, and the service was rude, horrible, and I am a diamond member. I have been to other Hilton Gardens inns, so I'm very disappointed. Our next day took us to stay at another Hilton Garden Inn in Oshkosh...during check in notice my membership and welcome us. Huge difference from the day before.

Enjoyed a decent stay at this hotel. Fairly clean, friendly enough staff, etc. However, what I did find mildly disturbing was the fact that they were allowing a gentleman to stay in the back of their parking lot with a junky truck, an RV, and trash every where. Extremely unprofessionally and trashy. Do better!

I don't like being asked if I'm traveling for business or pleasure. It so happened that we were in town for a funeral - that's neither business nor pleasure, in my opinion. I know they're forced to ask this, but it was just so weird.
Then the person wrote down the wrong room number, which we didn't realize until we were having no luck getting into what we thought was our room, and then someone opened the door rather confused on what the hell we were doing. We ended up getting free breakfast because of it, which was nice, but it just wasn't a good experience when we were already traveling for a sad reason and we're ready to pass out from our long drive just to have to go back to the main desk to try to figure out what was going on.
The breakfast that we got for free is usually $15, and it's the same exact setup as all the free continental breakfasts at every other hotel we've ever been in. We road trip a lot and stay in hotels when the weather is questionable or too cold for camping, so we've stayed at a large variety of hotels/motels.
TLDR: eh. They were fine, but I don't know why breakfast isn't always included. We stayed here because the place we wanted to stay was full.

While checking in at the Hilton we were asked why we were in town and told them unfortunately for a funeral. Both managers on duty were very kind and considerate about the situation and updated our room rates to reflect the bereavement rate. This was very much appreciated and went a long way during a tough weekend.

We have stayed here several times and never had any issues. This last time the service wasn't that great. The towels were dirty. The water pressure was non existant and water took forever to get hot. The sheets had black streak marks across them. We tried to enjoy the hot tub and pool but the amount of kids in there being disrespectful and hotel staff not doing anything about it was ridiculous. When I spoke to the front desk I simply got a shrug off and oh I'm sorry to hear that as she made jokes about the same kids running around the lobby and outside throwing towels around.

Stayed here for a month. Was it a perfect stay, no there were a few hiccups, but everything was handled very professionally and I would recommend staying!

Couldn't lock the door when you left. Could lock from the inside though. Nice breakfast buffet.
