Jorns is by far the best dealership I've purchased a vehicle from. Ryan was really awesome to work with, is super friendly, and made the buying process very simple. Their prices are very fair and the quality of service and vehicle inventory is unmatched. They are willing to work with their customers and ensure they are taken care of. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Jorns.

I had the chance to test drive a Chevy Blazer at a different dealership and fell in love with that kind of car. The one I tried didn’t have the options I wanted, but Jorns had one that did. Jesse took me on a test drive and I loved everything about the car, but needed to think about it as it was a little over what I wanted to spend. An hour after I left the dealership, Jesse messaged me saying the car got sold. Literally the next business day, Jesse pulled out some magic trick and found me not one….. but two of the exact BLazers I was looking for and he bought one that was just right for me. A week later, I was at the dealership picking up my perfect for me car that was more than I could have hoped for. The communication, service and going the extra mile to make their customers happy puts them above any other dealership I dealt with by far. Absolutely will be doing business with them again! Not only did they find me what I wanted, but they were easy and fun to deal with!

Ryan is the man! My 2022 Camaro LT1 was totalled in a accident. I started to search Auto Trader for a replacement vehicle. When I saw a 2023 Camaro 1SS @ Jorns with less than 20 miles on it, I couldn't believe it! The price was a lot less than vehicles with way more miles and it was the same color as my old car. It was exactly what I wanted. I sent a email, Ryan called and we got the ball rolling. He was very patient waiting on my credit union to get things in order....not to mention I live in Virginia and Maryland. Ryan was in constant contact with me throughout the process and we texted back and forth like old friends. He made sure that the process went smoothly and every T was crossed. My car arrived today and it is a beast! I would suggest them to anyone looking for a vehicle. In a few years when I make the move to a Corvette..Jorns will be getting my business!

Have done business with the owner here in recent past and must say that in all aspects, the deal was fluid in communication and the transaction was nothing short of a great experience. As of now, we are working on another purchase and so far, so good. You’ll be in good hands here, no doubt.

Very nice small-town Chevy dealership. Pleasant staff. EV certified techs. I was able to quickly and easily schedule a service appointment. The service techs took my car on time and finished the job properly and quickly.

My experience with Jorns was phenomenal! Ryan helped me find and purchase the brand new 2024 Chevy Trailblazer! He is very welcoming and answered all the questions I had! He made sure I was purchasing my dream car and made sure I was happy with it! I also got to take the car home very quickly! I highly recommend Ryan and choosing Jorns when purchasing a new vehicle!

Went to Jorns and bought a used Impala which was a big upgrade from my 24 year old beater. Jesse was decent to work with and when a concern about the vehicle was brought up after the purchase they looked into and listened. You can't really ask for much more in today's crazy used car market. I would recommend people to Jorns over a big box place. Support the little guy!

I called 30 dealerships looking for a Bolt EUV that wasn't marked up past MSRP before Ryan at Jorns had exactly what I was looking for. I'm buying from out of state and Ryan was extremely quick at sending photos of the car, following up on my questions, and even took time off-hours to get back to me a few times.Jenna helped with the financing paperwork and she did an excellent job having everything prepared for us ahead of time, so at the end of our 3.5 hour drive we were able to just walk in, sign some papers and leave. She even reached out when our educators discount wasn't applying correctly so it would all be seamless once we got in.Both Jenna and Ryan were extremely helpful and kind, and if I were actually from the area this would be my go-to dealership.

I can honestly say I had an awesome experience at Jorns, the no pressure atmosphere was a welcome change of pace from many other large dealerships. Ryan, Jenna and Jesse were all great to work with, along with everyone else at the dealership. They helped me find the perfect truck for myself without rushing or being pushy. The whole process start to finish was smooth and and easy. I will definitely be back!

This vehicle purchase deserves a review! I’ve had many purchases with different dealerships in the past but this one was by far the best experience to date. I had a seen a post on Facebook marketplace that there was a yukon for sale that matched what I was looking for. Not thinking much of it, I messaged Ryan, who had posted it and asked a couple questions. Not only was he prompt with answering my questions, he also was accommodating with letting us make an appointment with him to come look at it over the weekend (due to us having very busy schedules during the week). The Yukon was very fair priced (unlike other dealerships we have encountered recently), they gave us a great trade in value, and the rest was smooth sailing from there. Each person we encountered was so welcoming & helpful, I feltlike I had known them for years. This was our first purchase but I don’t think it will be our last. Once again, huge shoutout to Ryan for being so accommodating, understanding, knowledgeable, patient with our questions, and making this an overall great experience.

After admittedly going several other places earlier in the day and finding long rants, shady salespeople, overpriced vehicles with bad tires, brakes, even transmission issues, we stopped at Jorns Chevrolet before going home. What a mistake, we should’ve come here first. Ryan and Jenna both could not have been more helpful, honest, transparent, professional and efficient as we were in and out with our new to us low mileage 2020 equinox painlessly and quickly at a great price for a vehicle in exceptional condition. Absolutely unlike any of the 5 other dealerships we stopped at. There is absolutely no need for anyone to waste their time anywhere else, Ryan, Jenna and the Jorns Chevrolet have you covered, and more importantly they will actually take care of you.
