If you need a good mechanic shop, I highly recommend this company. Very respectful and professional. The owner and his wife are awesome. There has been times I couldn't pay all at once and they did the job still and worked on a payment plan. If you work in Green Bay area then you know how important it is to have a good reliable mechanic to make sure your car is fixed and drives safely. VERY REASONABLE PRICE FOR REPAIRS. Even will drop u off or pick you up when job is done. I can't say enough about this small town family owned business. When I say I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I MEAN I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I always try to be objective in my reviews. TBH it was really hard bc they immediately made me feel like I was a Alvin not just a customer. How many companies make you feel like that? EXACTLY. and that is why I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

They really went above and beyond to help us fix our car. We are from out of town so they got us in immediately. They stayed past the time they were going to leave to help us with our issue. They explained the problem thoroughly and fixed it quickly. Would recommend!

This place will break things on your vehicle and then try to write it off as coincidence that it broke when in their posession then try and make you pay for what they broke, a joke of a company.

I can't give enough stars for the people at this Carquest. To make a long story short(er), my truck had a wheel bearing go 360+ miles from home at 3a.m., on a Saturday morning, in Kewanee, WI. I figured no big deal, I'll call a shop and get it fixed once businesses open. Much to my surprise, every shop in the area is closed til Monday morning and every hotel was booked as well. I got ahold of a local shop but they were also closed for doing any repairs. The man who answered said, "call Bobs. They're good people and maybe they can help."...And where they ever good people!!!! I told them my situation and they apologized and said we're closed as well, but felt bad for me and on their day off and closed, their mechanic came in and did the repair!! On top of that, the woman/angel who arranged the repair loaned me her van, free of charge, until my truck was fixed so my friend and I could continue our fishing trip as planned. I can't say enough about these people! I'm a Carquest fan for life! Best service I will ever get!!Brings back my faith in humanity.

terrible company, they will break things on your car then call it a coincidence and not fix it free of charge. they also drink on the job, they also remove bad reviews once they do something wrong.
