Was extremely rude on phone, was in a pinch for a haircut. Never would consider again. Obviously she does do well doesn’t need new customers.

Diane is a true professional and did a very nice job cutting my hair. It may be the nicest haircut I have had in a decade. I will be going back.

Diane is a very nice person and she has a nice clean salon. Her prices are fair. I found her on the internet when I googled 'Aveda Salons near me'. I called, asked her if she was experienced cutting naturally curly hair and made an appointment. I did not see any Aveda products or Aveda signage in her salon. I am sad to say I am not happy with the haircut she gave me. Perhaps it was a miscommunication, but I did not get anything close to what I wanted for my hair. The appointment took nearly an hour and a half just for a haircut. I thought I could work with what she did to my hair, but no amount of styling products, curling, etc helps. Two weeks later I can't stand it anymore and am going to get a pixie cut at another salon. Not what I had in mind because I wanted to keep my collar length curly layered bob style. A pixie cut is the only option I have to undo the awful mullet style I received. Again this is nothing personal against Diane but I wouldn't recommend anyone with naturally curly hair go to her for anything other than a trim.

Great home town service with quality care along with excellent service.I have called at the last minute and gotten an appointment within a reasonable time . Way to go dianne
