“I had my bumper replaced in 2020. They did a great job but... the paint started peeling. I took it in and it was a defect from the bumper manufacturer. Jay's replaced the bumper at no expense. And they did an outstsnding job matching the paint. Very pleased with their work and service!”
“Last January, Walsh Auto Professionals (across from Hankerson's Bakery on Hwy 33 in West Bend), not only perfectly repaired the blown head gasket on my 2004 Ford Taurus, but they also replaced the cracked antifreeze overflow tank, all 6 spark plugs, serpentine belt, windshield washer hose assembly, two tires, and gave my car a front-end alignment, all for just $2000 (whereas, a different shop next to Charcoal Grill, wanted $6000 just for the head gasket, alone....SHEESH)!
Heck, Walsh even replaced the valve stem caps on ALL four of my tires, without charging me a dime for them! WHO DOES THAT, these days???

“Started out as an unusual experience. Our appointment to replace the windshield took longer than expected. The recalibration they performed changed the lane departure setting to factory defaults, and we were not advised of that. During a phone call with the technician, we questioned him about this issue, and he became very agitated and hung up on us. However, after a very courteous conversation with the office manager, Carrie, things were smoothed over. We would definitely recommend working with Carrie for all your customer concerns.”

“When here after recommendation from a great source. Had multiple things done to my 72 Cutlass. Upgraded fuel system ( holly sniper ) upgraded ignition system Holley hyper spark. Upgraded cooling aluminum radiator with dual electric fans. All which tie into sniper tuning system. Absolutely 110% satisfied they also went the extra mile to keep up with changes along with some safety concerns with front suspension ball joints, bearings and such. Thank you, to all involved.
