dirty rooms food not good.after reading other reviews when I was there I did notice a lot of machine tickets on machines on the floor??some girl got kicked out because she played a machine that had some credits on it??where is the workers looking for this and picking up tickets off the floor.tickets say casino is not responsible for lost tickets?why was she kicked out?my eyes she didnt steal anything that's just me.overal I wont be back!! north star much cleaner and friendlier

Room wasn't clean when I checked in, took 2 different calls over several hours to get it cleaned. Rooms need a remodel, strange mix of premium and cheap. Rooms are priced accordingly at $82 a night.

First visit to this casino! It's a nice quaint casino, with friendly staff. But, with that being said, this casino needs updating. You can tell it's time, everything from the rooms (broken elevators), outdated restaurant, and a missing excitement and feel of more modern casinos ?.
Time will tell if that happens or not!!!!

Old hotel that they are "updating" but still old: holes under carpet in hallways , thin walls and doors, hot water didn't work in the evenings. The gaming floor is nice with a wide range of games. Payout is low, but the atmosphere is good. Drinks are cheap!! Beautiful area.
Rooms: Old and outdated. Holes underneath the carpet in the hallways. No hot water in the evening on all four nights I was there so cold showers. TVs are small. Doors and walls are thin and you can hear everything going on in the hallways and other rooms.
Food and drinks: Food and drinks are nice and cheap! Food is good.

The entire place was emaculate, spotless, the customer service was great, and the staff was friendly, every slot machine I played was cold as ice, and I realize everyone you ask will tell you the machines are random, and I believe that's a true statement,... however anyone who knows a few things about the slot machine's also know that they can be "adjusted", in other words if someone in charge of the slot machine's feels like there paying out a little to often can simply adjust the machine so that it does NOT Pay out as often. Now there's room to go one way or the other, in other words,... hard... average...or easy, In my personal opinion, and I am not just going off just one casino, I have been to several casinos in my day, and at 62 years old, I know those machines are absolutely adjusted to the hard to win level, and thats what I base my review on.

The Menominee Casino always show love to us at International Boxing they are considered as family to are team I love the atmosphere in Keshena and the casino. Thank you to all of the staff for always supporting us and helping us in every way I love you all.

Seems like more winning at this casino than others I've been at. They give you more incentive to play. What I mean is they offer you more ways to earn free play. The staff is real friendly. Well now things are really different. Prize's went up now takes 100 points to get prize. 5 for 10 used to draw people in now it takes 50 for 10 sure you can collect up to 4 times. Maybe it's more you can collect but everyone is complaining and nothing changes. Use to hear jackpot winner a couple times when I was there and I stay maybe 2hrs. I use to win quite a bit but now it's once in awhile. Oh everyone is still friendly but I can tell there not pleased. Seems obvious what is going on. I have friends there so I will keep the be politics out of this. Make the changes and you will be the casino you once we're. Maybe I said to much. I'll know than I just move on.

Comfortable bedding. Nice bathroom and shower. Well supplied with towels and coffee. Extremely clean.

Love the feel of this casino! It has the feeling of old time casinos but is very modern. The food is great and the prices are great! I've been lucky in winning at the casino too

Everything was great, except when our group went for lunch and were told by a staff member that there was no one to cook, waitress or serve. Went to the desk and staff said oh well! So we had to go somewhere else for lunch.
