Always love stopping at this location on my way up to Milwaukee. Always impressed with the size of this store and how well maintained it is. I always peruse the liquor store and their bourbon selection is solid.

Idk how good reviews are here.Very unfriendly staff here.It seem they take too many breaks and lunch time is 30 minutes but they don't start working for another 30 minutes, so its actually 1hr lunch.I got here at 10:45am for 1 o'clock appointment and was told to wait because they were taking a break then I was told that they have earlier appointment to unload so they will get me at 1pm.All 3 dock were empty no trucks in it till 1pm. It seems like there is no respect for drivers here they have no sense of urgency, they get paid by 1hr. Expect no quick unloading here. Very slow amaspheaer.Lady in shipping & receiving seems very unfriendly and grumpy.

Honestly, the place seems a bit rundown.Always a good selection on produce.Absolutely not a fan of the deli there.They do have fresh sushi, which is nice.

This is starting to occurs more frequently than before. Diet-Rite Cola is not in stock that often. My husband only drinks one soda and going to Woodman's was the only store that carried this in abundance. We usually made one trip a month for this soda but now we are going 3-4 times a month. Is there a reason for this or is the inventory limited now. I tried ordering it so I could just go in and pick it up but that didn't work either it never appeared when I went to pick it up. I had to get it off the shelf myself. Please address this item and let me know the reason.

It's open 24 hrs!!! If you live in Kenosha, you know the struggle that is the lack of 24 hr stores! So, at Woodmans, there's plenty of variety to choose from. The shelves aren't normally empty anywhere. They have good meat and tons of fresh produce. There's a huge liquor store inside if that's your thing. If you have a gluten-free diet, they have a lot more than other stores have to choose from. The only 2 downsides are the self-checkouts and the fact that they don't carry a lot of non-grocery items like hygiene and baby stuff. The self checkout system is obnoxious, it'll stop scanning and say things like move this item, item didn't scan, clear belt jam, etc...it usually takes an extra 5 mins just for that.

Disappointed with Customer Service ExperienceI recently visited Woodsman’s food market and was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service provided. Despite being greeted upon entering by Kimberly, the interaction quickly turned sour. Kimberly seemed disinterested and lacked basic courtesy throughout the transaction.To make matters worse, when I asked to speak to the manager about the issue, Justin, who claimed to be the manager, was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of addressing my concerns, Justin brushed them off and seemed more concerned with avoiding any responsibility.Overall, the lack of professionalism and poor attitude displayed by both Kimberly and Justin left a lasting negative impression on me. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
