Review based on multiple visits. It seems like there’s always an issue or mistake on their behalf that causes me to go back a second time. Today the prescription I was filling was sent to the pharmacy at 4 pm, I called at around 5:30 (because I know them) and was told the order would be ready for pick up at 6pm. Later I finally got a text message at 7pm stating that the prescription was ready for pick up, so I drive there and wait about 45 min in the drive through just so the tech can tell me that there was an “error on their behalf but they fixed it” but that it’s now going to take another hour. At this point I’m questioning the intelectual capacity of whoever is entering this data in their system, or the Craigslist obtained staff they’re always short of. The staff is rude, arrogant and ignorant, and are in desperate need of further customer service training. I will not be going back there again.

Perscription called in, I was told it will be few minutes while they get it ready. I watched people come and go picking up perscriptions. One hour 10 minutes later I asked for Perscription, she had to look for it. No apology for the wait. Will not be using this pharmacy again

I have had to go to the 24 hour Pharmacy twice in two weeks. Both times the wait is over 30 minutes, and people look at you and walk by, I understand everywhere is short handed, but at least acknowledge the people waiting for service.

This location has really gone downhill in the last few months. I have been trying to get a prescription filled for 10 days and it is still not ready…

I have been trying since December 29th to get a medication I have been taking for 15 years at the Walgreens on 80th and 39th in Kenosha. It is now January 7th......They have been trying to get it from their supply chain

Every time I come to this pharmacy they are so rude. So disappointing that this is the only 24/7 Walgreens near me.

This place sucks. They never have your prescriptions ready on time. I called earlier in the week and told them that I need both my prescriptions ready together. I go to the store, wait 15 minutes in line, get to the window and they tell me they only have one ready. Then they tell me that it'll be another 40 minutes to get the 2nd one ready. Then I come back 40 minutes later and wait in the line for another 20 minutes. So it takes an hour and 20 minutes to pick up a prescription that was already supposed to be ready for pick up. This place is a joke. All they do is waste people's time.

I wish I could give zero stars, but I’ll give one for the ONE good pharmacy tech they have that seems to at least try and be helpful or apologetic when prescriptions aren’t filled in a timely manner… this is by far the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. Recently moved from oak creek and have been using this pharmacy for about a month and after today I will be switching. They never have prescriptions ready including my 5 year old daughters antibiotics that she needed for a pretty bad ear infection.. it took almost an entire day.. and now my antibiotic which was sent over 24 hours ago is still not filled… There always seems to be an “issue” with my insurance, I’m always being told it’ll be “another 45 minutes”, today they even tried giving me SOMEONE ELSES medication and even told me what it was for… when I expressed my frustration the tech told me “oh well we’ve been busy I was here until 10pm last night” … ok? Lol I have never written a review for any other place in my life and could not even remember my google account password to even write this one but I figured it out JUST TO WARN PEOPLE avoid this “pharmacy”.

My Mother fell and we left the ER and went straight to Walgreens to fill her script and upon arrival was given attitude right off. My Mother was in extreme pain and needed her medication, once given the script they failed to also give her the lidocaine patches that were also prescribed! Absolutely horrible experience with this pharmacy, they should definitely look into the ineffective service they provide. My Mother is 75 and they should be ashamed of themselves!!!

If you need need to get help with the pharmacy, just take a nap and plan on going somewhere else. They transferred a prescription of mine to a pharmacy 40 min away without me asking or letting me know. I let them know i will drive to my Dr office to move the prescription. Today, i called the new pharmacy about the prescription, they say they could not fill it because walgreens decided to move the prescription to who knows where. So I wait on hold with walgreens for 45 min they say they will cancel the prescription so my new pharmacy can fill the prescription, 4 hours goes by I call walgreens back they then tell me I need to cancel the prescription "at the unknown pharmacy" it then had me transfered back to the main call line back to pharmacy phone rang for 35 more min then hung up. In short go somewhere else.

Drive Thru pharmacy is awful with wait time. Expect to sit in line for at the bare minimum 20 minutes and at most 45 minutes. They need 2 people on the drive thru to handle both lanes of traffic.

Rx service is so SLOW. Been a life long customer but that is about to change. They need to hire more people to care of the customers.

Never had an issue until now that I really needed my allergy medication. I’ve been calling for days trying to reach someone and my call would get answered and hung up. The staff is unprofessional and should care just a bit more or go find a job that doesn’t deal with peoples health.

I'm trying to remain impartial and give an unbiased opinion. I am not normally a person who only dishes out bad reviews, when I'm mad or having a bad day. Plus, working in Healthcare myself, I know these outlandish corporate rules, aren't made by the actual employees that we see, on a day to day basis. It seems that the new norm, that has happened every single time I have come to get my prescription filled, it isn't ready, I'm not talking within an hour, I'm talking my doctor sends over the script at 9 or 10am and it seems they just let it sit there because by the time I get off work and get to the pharmacy, usually about 6pm, they tell me they'll work on it now and to give them 30 - 45 more minutes. Which has become their normal, as a customer this is very frustrating because all I want to do is go home, after working all day. Mind you, the line I had to wait in, 2 times now, is a good 30 - 40 minutes. However, picking it up in the morning, before work, is not an option either. I tried that today but as I pulled through the drive thru, I was told that they'll start filing it now!? So it'll be 30 minutes. What!? It was sent over yesterday morning, early. Here is the issues I have with these corporate policies; Why in the world would the brandnames, of basically the same medication, is 3-4 times the price of generic. Yet my doctor has to "opt out" otherwise you only dispense the brand name? If my doctor does not opt out, it will cost me 500$. Mind blowing that is even legal but okay. However, I don't have 500$ extra for prescriptions, so luckily I was able to get ahold of my doctor, at 6pm, to "authorize" permission to dispense the generic by changing that electronic order and sending over the new order. Only to be told they need verbal authorization as well!? What? Absolutely insane. On another note, the pharmacy staff is friendly and kind.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Had my son's prescriptions transfered to this walgreens as mine had closed for the day and this one is open 24hrs. I called at 7pm, they said it would be ready in an hour and a half, a little long but was willing to wait. Called at 8:30pm to check if they were ready and they told me another 30 mins. Okay, sure, no problem. Called again at 9:30pm and was on hold for over an HOUR just to check if they were ready. NOT one single person answered... when I called the store and spoke to the manager, Tom, all he said was sorry. What is the point of being open 24hrs if you can't even get your prescription. Will NEVER use this specific walgreens again.
