I have used this pharmacy for over 10 years, and it is time to switch. Each time a doctor sends a prescription for myself or one of my family members, it is never filled. I often have to call twice and stop in once before the pharmacy finally fills the prescription. When they give their word that the prescription will be filled by a certain time, it has never been the case.

I highly question any positive reviews about this Walgreens . Everytime I want to talk to a Pharmacist I have to wait on hold for at least 30 minutes, sometimes to be hung up on after waiting all that time even at 3am . Like everyone else says , never ready when they say it will be , continually out of stock and so on

They were going to charge me 10 times the amount of what I ended up paying for my prescription at the Aurora Pharmacy.

Use this location primarily for after hours only. They almost never have the prescription or the medicine. This last time the prescription request "disappeared" meaning they had it two days ago and today, it wasn't on file so I told the rep to cancel since after a week were getting it somewhere else and the response was "ok". Zero empathy, zero concern, zero customer service. If they weren't the only 24 hour pharmacy, I wouldn't give them any of my business

Use a different pharmacy, not this one. I'm not sure if it's a Walgreens issue or just this location on 80th Street and 39th avenue, but it's not worth your trouble. My prescription was sent to this pharmacy this morning, 4/9/24, at 6:23am. I visited this location twice, on my lunch break at around 2:00pm and after work, at 8:00pm. I have not gotten any relief as of yet. On my first visit, I was told that my prescription was not ready and that I'd get a notification when it was. The pharmacist told me that my doctor never sent anything in, but I have receipts and my doctor's confirmation that she lied to me. Then, on my second visit, a different staff member finally realized that the prescription I needed was not going to be fulfilled because the type of medication I was prescribed was "discontinued."
So, had I not gone out of my way and visited that place again, I'd still be in pain and waiting for aid into the next day. My experience tells me all I need to know about the integrity of the staff who work here, and I recommend you go elsewhere for good service. They know how to speak very nicely to customers, with a smile even, but don't do their jobs.

Jessica the supervisor at this store has a tendency to talk down to young kids as tho they are all bad. When I attempted to dialogue with her she became defensive and continually accused my kids of stealing. While they are loud at times, stealing is not something that they have been accused of or caught. Jessica, good luck in your future endeavors.

Review based on multiple visits. It seems like there’s always an issue or mistake on their behalf that causes me to go back a second time. Today the prescription I was filling was sent to the pharmacy at 4 pm, I called at around 5:30 (because I know them) and was told the order would be ready for pick up at 6pm. Later I finally got a text message at 7pm stating that the prescription was ready for pick up, so I drive there and wait about 45 min in the drive through just so the tech can tell me that there was an “error on their behalf but they fixed it” but that it’s now going to take another hour. At this point I’m questioning the intelectual capacity of whoever is entering this data in their system, or the Craigslist obtained staff they’re always short of. The staff is rude, arrogant and ignorant, and are in desperate need of further customer service training. I will not be going back there again.

Perscription called in, I was told it will be few minutes while they get it ready. I watched people come and go picking up perscriptions. One hour 10 minutes later I asked for Perscription, she had to look for it. No apology for the wait. Will not be using this pharmacy again

I have had to go to the 24 hour Pharmacy twice in two weeks. Both times the wait is over 30 minutes, and people look at you and walk by, I understand everywhere is short handed, but at least acknowledge the people waiting for service.

This locations pharmacy needs new management. Nothing is ever ready in a timely manner, orders sent over from the doctor are often cancelled by the pharmacy, and they are chronically understaffed causing waits inside and in drive through that exceed an hour during peak times. This is the only 24-hour pharmacy nearby, and really needs an overhaul. If I could give negative stars I would, because this should not be how sick people are treated. Really unfortunate and sad.

I have been trying since December 29th to get a medication I have been taking for 15 years at the Walgreens on 80th and 39th in Kenosha. It is now January 7th......They have been trying to get it from their supply chain
