I have to fill out a test to get my prescriptions and Walgreens needs to also fill out part of the test to complete the prescription. There are fees that come along with the test. Walgreens decided not to complete their end and told me that I might have to repay for my side of things because they forgot to do their job. Not professional. Woman with blue hair was unhelpful and didn't seem to care (not her problem, it's mine). Wouldn't recommend this location as for their pharmacy.

My experience with this Walgreens,(that is in walking distance from my home), is honestly below 1 star. If I don't call on my prescriptions, they will not be filled for 6 plus hours ( from the time my prescriber sent scripts), or days, depending on my actions. They also, will not order out of stock scripts until I call and check on the status of the prescription.

Very fast place I don't have to worry long waits and barely cars in the drive thru! Compare to 80th Street Walgreens that I always have problems with. Plus very great workers ?

Why is it that everytime, EVERYTIME, I get a prescription here it's NEVER ready. I got one from the ER last night. Told me it would be ready. Went here and was told not ready. It will be ready in the morning. Go back this morning on my lunch break for my meds the the ER, and told STILL NOT READY. COME BACK IN 15 MINS. WTH

Be warned before applying to work here. The manager is direspectful, unimformative of what she does know unless it helps her, disrespectful, not helpful or easy to talk to, undignified, shows favoritism big time, needs new hires that don't know much but can help her, somewhat unknowledgable and struggles with the company technology. The employees are miserable so they are rude to each other and customers. The store is dirty too, not just old. Not a good representation of all Walgreens. One of the pharmacists is nice and the older man photo expert is helpful.

Worst pharmacy ever! They have no idea what they are doing in the pharmacy. The doctor sends your prescription to the pharmacy they should fill it right? Wrong! Even with doctors consent and insurance approval they still decide when they will let you have your medication. If they don't like what the doctor gave you they won't fill it. Thankfully there are more Walgreens in Kenosha and I recommend that everyone chooses a different pharmacy! It's not up to the pharmacy to decide when you get your meds it's up to the doctor and insurance! They also play games and claim it's out of stock so you wait until they want to fill it. This location should be shut down. The entire staff is rude!

Made appointment for booster shot 3 days in advance so I would not have to wait, as well as filled out all forms per Walgreens sight so I would “get a jumpstart on my appointment”. I got to the pharmacy 5 minutes before my appointment and needless to say the made me fill out all the forms again. In addition I ended up waiting 30 minutes before getting my shot. In the entire time only 3 people came to pharmacy. If you cannot adhere to the appointment times or have access to the “jump start” forms then take it off your site. What a joke

I need to know the general manager of this place , because no way should ANY employee be able to be so mean to customers , and not just one employee , but all employees. No assistance from not one employee, all they give is a rude attitude that no one asked for. Don't be in customer service if you can't handle it. General manager I suggest you really look at your employees and do what you are there to do. This Walgreens needs help and a good talking to , yet the general manager and assistant manager do not seem to be doing that. Stop ignoring reviews.

This is the nastiest, rudest store ever..On July 4th around 10 Am I was met by the senior lady cashier who was snotty & cold as I was returning a hoodie that was too large with a recipt. Another lady who was stocking shelves was the same way. No smile, no greeting after I smiled at her. Where do you get these weird people ? I may add that I was met by that same nasty senior who treated me in that same manner months back. There was one small bubbly , sweet girl who really had great customer service. Really miss her.. Won't darken this place ever again..

My Booster shot went as planned and on time, however, they do not have access to any thing online you fill out ahead of time. So don't bother.And yes the bathrooms still out of order lol. How and where do the employees go then, the ones with out transportation and within walking distance. I know a lot of stores use this excuse when they do not want to be bothered with the bathroom. But the Pharmacist was very pleasant. rx staff, not so much. Thanks
