I am a new customer I came into your store I had issues with three new phones that I purchased Saturday February the 10th at another Verizon in lake Geneva I had an extremely rude manager at your store verbally abuse me and yell at me I will not recommend this store to anyone I work in customer service and I would never treat a new customer or even a potential customer the way I was treated

I attempted to order phones and get service online at Verizon. The phones were never received (stolen via UPS) but I was still charged for service for the month. It was an absolute mess! I spent hours on the phone with Verizon and ultimately said I would go in store for further service because 12+ hours on the phone with them accomplished nothing. I went into this Verizon store and was so lucky to have Elise help me. She was so patient and went above and beyond to get my account fixed, help with refunds, and get iPhones and trade ins all set for us. We were there for over 4 hours while she and customer service worked on my account. Elise is top notch!

All associates were busy but I was still not acknowledged in about the fifteen minutes I was there so I left. I missed a great offer so now I will most likely change carriers.

I had a poor 1st experience with this establishment at no fault of the owners, or how they run their business. I was treated kindly but the individual that helped me misinformed me on alot and in turn I'm in a situation that I'm confused on what to do, that situation is beyond the store and is a Verizon issue. I complained about my service and the store manager immediately reached out to me, and was very helpful and apologetic. He even encouraged me to come in and they would advocate on the phone with Verizon to resolve my issue, they offered everything they could to try and rectify what was done and also explained I was serviced by someone who is no longer with their company. I encourage people to read and be informed, on all things Verizon offers, but because of my 2nd experience with this company I will continue doing business with them and, hopefully they can help me with my issues i have with Verizon. Good customer service is at a low nowadays so it's great to deal with people who care, and try to fix wrongs, we are all humans and make mistakes, what matters is when those mistakes are acknowledged and am effort is made to fix them.

I went into Verizon to join my boyfriends phone contract. We ended up updating his plan, upgradind his phone, and purchasing a new phone for myself. Kevin was our representative and he was AMAZING. As he helped us through the process he was very kind, patient, and detail oriented. Kevin carefully went over every financial detail (he even went as far as to write out every option) and thoughtfully listened to our needs. After we picked out new phones Kevin applied our screen protectors and cases FOR us. He definitely went above and beyond service. I will be making sure to see him specifically any time I need to make an in-store visit in the future.

Extremely professional staff all dressed impressively for Halloween today. Elise was very knowledgeable and skilled in all aspects of the phone transfer. Very happy!! THANK YOU ELISE!!

They made my sister wait an hour for something they couldnt even do, had no check in, and helped customers who got there after her. Don't go to this location.

On 9/8/22 the verizon system was down and I was unable to upgrade my phone with a $800 samsung promption. Their sales rep told me they would honor the promotion the following day 9/9/22 even though the promotion ended. The sales rep in the store on 9/9 said she would not honor that promotion and I would have to figure out the name of the employee who made the original statement if I wanted the $800 promotion... very poor customer service.

A couple weeks ago we walked in and where confused as to where to start with questions for upgrading the phone. Kevin was our greeter and salesperson who went above and beyond to answer our multiple questions since we aren't tech savvy from the time we walked in till time we left we were made to feel like his only priority. He setup up our apple iphone13 and he followed up in a couple days to see how things wen. We came back a few days later and wound up purchasing the newest iPad. All mostly went well but we had questions after hours, so we were able to contact kevin who referred us to tech coach which was a nightmare who was not very helpful and referred back to our salesperson. We contacted Kevin yhe next day and as usual he returned our calls promptly and made an appointment and we went in and Kevin was so helpful and patient especially since one of us just had eye surgery made us again feel like his top priority kevin was so amazingly patient and wonderful thanks for having him on your team and he should be a trainer for future employees. he is definitely an asset to verizon and we will be a verizon customer for a long time to come all because of how kevin treated us.
