What a scam. Please stop letting this company on amazon. Basically you order something and then they pick up some random item off the shelf that is worth about 1/100th of what you paid for and ship that. HORRIBLE COMPANY

SCAMMER! I ordered a $900 graphics card, and the tracking I received said its destination was a completely different state than my shipping address, and was shipping from IL (not WI, where this business is located).I asked for clarification, and they immediately refunded the $900 order. No explanation. No "please wait a few days." No attempts to redirect the package. But they did ask me to leave a positive review, and mention their Customer Service associate's name, which is why so many other reviews do just that. It's clear they never actually had the item to sell in the first place, and they might even be committing insurance fraud on the bogus packages they send out.

I ordered through Amazon some items from this company. The items never came and I never received shipping information. I contacted Amazon and they said it was sold by a 3rd party vendor (VPN) and to contact them. I contacted VPN and received a message from Cheryl saying that it was no longer their problem and I needed to contact Fed Ex. I had to call and tell her I had received no shipping information so what would I tell Fed Ex? She basically said to bad your items never came, you are on your own. She did give me a Fed Ex number to create my own claim. I do not suggest using this company, they are very lacking in customer service. As a side note, I have contacted Amazon about an item they shipped that never arrived and they had a new one shipped to me immediately. I like to support small business but not when they are so uncaring.

I️ bought a few hard drives from VCPI then contacted them for a bulk order for a data center startup I️ own, an order which would grow from $60,000 to over $200,000 a month. VCPI rather than even look me up (Google, LinkedIn?) instead looked up my office building neighbor and actually emailed her calling me a “scammer.”There are two issues. First, defaming a potential customer is absolutely outrageous and grossly unprofessional. Regardless of any need to check on a potential customer (I was not asking for credit and always pay up front), there can be no justification for making defamatory statements to third parties and other ways to find out, like actually asking.Second, when I spoke to the president of the company about the incident, he NEVER apologized for the conduct of reaching out to a third party and defaming me. He instead went on an aggressive, spirited defense, based upon his "30 years in the industry" of how things work. Again, whatever questions about a business they have can be resolved by actual conversation, not third party defamatory statements. He is an aggressive, spirited, intelligent, hard fighting guy. Will some customers want that? Sure. I am that way and would want that in someone on my side. But when a business makes a mistake, as it sometimes will, having that hose turned on the customer is 180 degrees the wrong decision. Can you work with this business when it makes a mistake? My conclusion is that they will argue, defend, condescend, and everything, but actually.... apologize and fix the problem. All Ryan had to do was apologize to me, send an apology and clarification to the party he defamed me to, and he would have walked off the call with a multi-million dollar relationship. Instead, he dug in to "defend his team." Do you want a company as a partner who defends regardless of the merits, or who will admit mistakes and fix them? I know my answer.

I order a air conditioner 262$ on amazon on June 15th. it was supposed to be delivered on the 20th . Two fed ex Drivers around 9:00AM on the 20th go up to my apartment building, do not ring doorbell, knock on door, nothing. Wait there for thirty seconds, then leaves... Doesnt even leave a door tag. So i email amazon, fed ex, and the seller, saying just to deliver the package in front of my personal door step if the front apartment door is unlocked.. So the 21st, and 22nd. The Fedex drivers do the same thing....... FRIDAY I TOOK OFF WORK A WHOLE DAY TO WAIT FOR
