She was amazing!!! I have really bad nerve issues I shake and my fingers lock up she was so kind and understanding and did an amazing job!!! I will definitely be back every time I’m in Kenosha!!! I’ve kept my word I go every time I come back to Kenosha!!! Zana does an amazing job every time!!!

Whoever the rude gentleman was that continuously picks up the phone says “hold” and then puts you on hold immediately needs some customer service training.That’s not how you speak to your guests or treat them.Doesn’t matter how busy you are. So disrespectful.

Angie was phenomenal with my dip! Not only was she fast and efficient, but it was like she read my nit picky mind about how I exactly want my nails, but am always too afraid to ask! I wish I lived closer because I'd be there all the time! They have tons of services and more colors than I've ever seen before. You can also get a discount for paying with cash. Definitely recommend!

Zana is the absolute best! I have been going to her for at least the past 7 years and she’s never let me down! The staff is always so kind. I really love when I walk in and Jimmy greets me by name! It’s the best Utopia by far!
