We mistakenly signed up for service through the OSL people at Walmart. One phone messed up after a year. We got nothing but a run around for two weeks. We finally stopped in to this store and were able to get our phone issue solved with the help of Ethan. Thank you for the extra effort!

Vanessa was very pleasant and easy to work with. I had a salesman at the Racine store that didn’t go over anything with me and I was talked into buying a phone way above what I could afford. Vanessa guided me through the whole process of returning the phone and then coming back to her. She went though all the options etc with me. After purchasing she made sure my new phone was connected to my car also. Mind you the guy in Racine never shared his name with me or gave me his business card. Where as Vanessa introduced her self immediately and made sure I had her business card b fore leaving.

I beg you to go to Racine over Somers! Vanessa the store manager refused service outright to a customer with a neurological disability affecting vocal tone because she was so convinced she was being disrespected and "yelled" at. She should not be in Management if she cannot be mature enough put her pride aside. Instead I was refused the ability to buy a second phone outright. The way she treated me took away my dignity, and my dependence, and resulted in a medical emergency. Thanks Vanessa for emphazing the reason the reason why people like me feel shame and embarrassment as a result of our disabling conditions. I hope you feel pride in belittling a customer just trying fix a Christmas issue...bravo ? I will pray that your life's journey never takes you down the path of disability. Why? Because I can think maturely and with compassion, I hope you learn that ability someday as well.

I normally don't write reviews, but I ALWAYS read them. In this case, I felt I needed to take the time to write about my experience at this US Cellular store (the one out in front of Sam's Club & Walmart in Kenosha/Somers). I went in to get a phone for my 11 year old son as he was entering Middle School. Jayden helped us pick out a phone & decide what plan to get. I had to rush out afterwards as we had a lot going on that night. The next day, when my son and I tried setting up his Apple ID, it kept wanting to use mine. -- I drove back to see if Jayden could help me set it up and without hesitation he said 'absolutely' with a big smile on his face. -- He helped us set it all up in no time. I then went there a couple days later b/c my daughters ipod (2017 - last year they made them I guess) was having issues -- once again, Jayden tried to help us.... but then got tied up with a customer. Next, Vanessa (store manager) stepped in to help us -- so friendly and awesome. She tried for some time to help us fix the problems we were having even though we didn't get the ipod there (fyi, for those that don't know.... the 2017 ipod allows you to facetime & make calls). After not being able to figure it out, Vanessa had us leave it there and tried working on it the next day. Ultimately, she couldn't find a solution but gave me the guidance of calling Apple Support as a last resort. All in all, they were both great. I am so exhausted with having poor customer service on the regular..... to have this kind of experience with them trying to help us when they didn't need to was refreshing. I will tell people to go there -- great staff goes a LONG way in my book.

I signed up for internet service and it was very spotty and weak and often went out for days. When Iwas able to get another provider and cancelled my service I was told that the amount I paid to cancel was all I would owe. When I began getting emails that I had a past due bill and threatened that it would go to collections I called and was informed that I was responsible for an entire last month of service I didn't use. When I complained I was referred the very long and hard to understand service agreement and because I canceled on the wrong day I indeed was responsible for the fee. my complaint is that I wasn't informed of that when I canceled and told I was paid up. I have had trouble with this company the entire time I have been a customer. I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Serenity was amazing! She upgraded the phones for our family quickly and efficiently and then had us check to make sure everything was done right. She took time to answer our questions and we all really appreciated the excellent service.

I have been a long term customer with US Cellular. On 1/10/23 went into the store at 3667 Market Lane, Kenosha, WI. My phone was giving me issues. I am only knowledgeable in basic smart phone technology. The issues I had where above my abilities. I explained that I am a care giver of my special needs adult daughter and I need a reliable phone. I dealt with Jayden and Serenity and they were so nice and understanding. They updated everything and made it a wonderful experience.

Went in for a simple upgrade right before thanksgiving, for the early up grade that was supposed to cost $55 we were charged over $300. When trying to contact the store to figure out what happened we never heard back kept calling for a MONTH straight. Eventually had to call corporate to have them fix what was wrong and credit me. Have been with us cellular for 10+ years and I never have had this unpleasant of an experience!

I’m technologically declined. EVERY employee fixes any issues I have immediately. They are trained very well. Best, most reliable coverage, and A+ customer service. Highly recommend.
