Today I deposited 700$ in the atm at this location and the atmGave me a error message. And it kept my 700$ and gave me a receipt saying to call the number. And now I gotta up to 10 business days to get my money. Thanks you you guys i cant pay my car note. This is it for me. Once this is taken care of I'm cancelling my account. And the guy on the phone was not help. Good way of losing a customer of 6 years. Be thankful I cant give you 0 stars.

This is absolutely the worst branch I have ever dealt with. Do NOT use the drive thru unless you have at least 1/2 hr to waste. Their tellers couldn’t be slower if they tried.

THIS LINE DOESN'T MOVE!!! I have kids screaming in the back seat because we've been sitting in line for half an hour and we AREN'T MOVING. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Their bank teller lines usually take forever and I hate having to go here. Why are they not more fully staffed when the economy is so great? I am getting pretty annoyed at the fact that I have to stand in line for more than 10 mins just to make a deposit!

If I could give a negative star I would. These people are crooks. The Branch MGT Jamie and the Assist MGT Stacie, issued and activated a debit card to a person who isn't on my account, not only that bank transactions and other information was given. They have not taken responsibility for the Banking error and Jamie lied like an investigation was taken place instead she has been dodging my phone calls. If you want your information protected go to another bank.

I just opened up accounts here for both personal and business. Staff very nice and helpful. I came from a large bank and had to spend hours moving automatic deposits and withdrawals from that bank to US bank. US bank made the decision years ago to help me with a Small Business Association Loan when other banks chose not to. They then gave me another loan to expand my business, again when the large bank I was at would not. I finally decided that keeping all of our finances at a bank who did not value me as a business owner was NOT what was best for us. I made the decision and moved over to US Bank. Thanks for valuing my family and my business!!

Only opened till 5, so just when people get off work, they close their doors. Every other bank is opened till 6 or 7. On Saturday they're opened only till noon,other banks 2pm. Credit card processing costs double in monthly fees. No bathroom for their clients to use. Not very many around. Bankers are always busy so you might have to wait a day to get a call back. Their website only works half the time. And when you go to close the account, they stick you with a $20 analysis fee.

So I walked in today (2/26/2014) to open 2 checking accounts- (customer, yay right) nope- This place made me feel like a minority so bad like if I had no money and maybe thought I didn't know what I was doing. 1 lady as a teller- busy, 1 banker busy, 3 other staff members doing nothing., can you believe at NO EYE CONTACT to me or my father!! guys guys.. Im a customer, hello!!! 5 minutes passed, I had to walk to the teller to tell her I need assistance to open 2 accounts., she acknowdge, another 5 minutes I asked- how much longer do you think because I might just need to take my bussiness somewhere else.., apologized but yet it took another 7 minutes... that 17 minutes waiting when there are 3 others doing nothing. So after all that wait., the lady that was busy attended to us. Sat with her about our plan to open an account and long story short- we couldn't because they need a letter from social security when verification was made after calling SS. What a joke! is this how I want my bank to do.? You guys needs some lesson in customer service. Eplain the whole thing, Stakey K- you need to go out and meet customers not just enlarging your maximus gluteus. And for this I am pulling all of my fathers account including refinancing his mortage because I AM SO UNHAPPY WITH HOW YOU TREATED US!!
