My brother was depositing money for me, I was in too much pain.. he was asked "Where did this money come from?" Since it was over 500.. we are Hispanic. I could not Believe my ears!! Extreme racial profile!I will be closing my accounts!

If I can give this branch location zero stars recently I would. They are understaff have to wait in line for 30-45 minutes just to get change for a store and also for normal banking. Only one person at the counter on a Wednesday which is not normal. South side branch has more staff and so does the hwy50 location. This northside branch needs a better bank manager and or more scheduled employees especially weekdays and mornings are busy with customers who have bills to pay and money to transfer etc. US Bank Headquarters needs to do something about this poor service at this branch.PLZ thankyou

Sorry this has nothing to do with your place but the one in Racine. I have talked to management there. It is the worst run bank I have gone to. Today I drop of a couple deposits. Sit and wait. She finally comes back 10 minutes later and says you are waiting for them.

Well first to the branch manager that runs this location has no self respect for customer service. Came in to get change for laundry like I do normally every time I Do laundry I live across in the apartments so this is convenient for me to go get change refused to give me change because I did not have a account number. And tells me to use my own bank as I was waking out just terrible service from a woman that has no respect for her self.

Walking into the branch to cash a check and i am not a customer i approached by Teri Nelson who went through the process of cashing a non customer check. I was fine with the process of showing my government issued ID and then asked for a 2nd form in which i provided my Discover credit card and my finger print. She then proceeded to write down my credit card number so i stopped her and asked that she not write the whole number. She claimed she has to per policy, i told her i cash these checks monthly at another kenosha location and they do not write the whole number. So she copped an attitude as she rolled her eyes called over the branch manager who had the same attitude. The branch manager, Robyn Klamut, pretty much called me a liar and said she attends meetings and all branches do the same thing. So then the teller tossed my cards back n claimed she had an attitude because i yelled at her. Anyways the attitudes from people handling my money is why i closed all my accounts n went to Chase. Its worth the drive to the southside of kenosha for great customer service. I would recommend everyone checking out Chase or trying a different branch.
