Lucky I gave a star. Guy working in here I’m taking is a manager said that I couldn’t use my boxes because they weren’t the right type. We bought mailing boxes that we use all the time. We ship a lot of stuff in the same boxes. Ridiculous

This is the best UPS store! I trust it completely to take care of my packages. Very organized and fast service. Jordan is amazing with the customer service and makes shipping so easy! Such a friendly and great environment which is always a plus that lifts your day.

Great service, very pleasant and professional staff, and reasonable shipping prices. I had first gone to Fedex across from Whitecaps, and holy moly, the staff there was rude, unprofessional, and the cost that they were going to charge me to ship my items was ridiculous. For what Fedex was going to charge me $125 for, this UPS store charged $58. Never going back to Fedex again.

Worst shipping place i have ever been!! Will never use UPS agian!!!!!! They lost my package i sent, then charged me twice and I lost the item that was sent!!! I would recommend everyone to never use UPS ever again. I WILL MAKE SURE I TELL ALL OF MY FRIENDS ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE..

The service I received this morning was nothing short of extraordinary. The gentleman who helped me (I apologize that I forgot your name!) was so friendly and efficient. I had four packages that I needed to send out, and the line was building up behind me. He was able to provide EXCELLENT service for me while also assisting the other guests in line. The multitasking is something I'm not used to seeing at a shipping facility. If I could give ten stars, I would!
