Used this bank as it was part of my shared branch network. I had some change to cash in and called the day before to make sure they could help me. The woman I spoke to said they could and there would be no charge. Visited this location the following day and to my surprise they said that it wasn't free. I told them what I was told on the phone and they agreed, no charge. Went to the machine, inserted the coins and got the receipt to bring back up to the counter. It is at this point, after I just did it that they said there was a non negotiable 10%~ charge. What a racket. Never again.

The Worst bank around do not bank with them!!! Had money in my account to make a big purchase from walmart and there fraud protection kept blocking me. A week later $25 more for the purchase that they don't want to help with when it's there fault. Finally got it ordered and the dumb self centered wouldn't even call her a lady tried to blame it on potential Walmart scammers and myself. Can't wait to close my account with the place. There are other banks don't go here!

there’s this new man that’s working there with dark hair. He has a snotty attitude and wasn’t willing to help us out. If I ever have him again, I will be leaving.

Terrible customer service the old blonde lady is so rude. I wish I knew her name to put it on here. She wouldn’t cash my check and gave me a nasty attitude about it, saying it would take 3 days of pending cause I didn’t have the funds but I’ve been cashing checks there for a long time without money in my account, I keep all my money in my chase account I just go to TruStone to cash it so I can get it right away... never had a problem. I’ll never go there again. And I’m removing my accounts with them and going else where. She’s so miserable.

I like their staff a lot! They're always willing to help you with anything you need. The only problem I have with them is their automated system. I really wish they would fix it.

I had trouble at another branch, so Joshua and Cynthia both helped me as soon as i walked through the doors! Promt and polite service, i felt bad that i was tired and awkward. They helped me so much! THANK YOU!

I’ve recently opened a new bank account and honestly did not read the fine print which I should have about the criteria of being a new customer. Anyways long story short wasn’t able to access my money when I wanted it and was going to close my account. Linda Finch at the Kenosha branch explained to me everything and re went over everything I’ve must of forgotten. I highly recommend this place and specifically Linda Finch branch manager if you are looking into opening an account.

4 day hold on a deposit caused a 25$ bill return fee. 4 days is a ridiculously long time. This is 1 of 4 banks I use and the worst by far.
