“My son's parked car was hit by a drunk uninsured, revoked driver, we had Firehouse tow it to their facility...The man who hit it had no insurance and it took a while to figure that out...with all the back and forth,storage charges were incurred obviously.. after a week of sitting there, we decided to have the car repaired my Mark and his team out of pocket. Mark gave me a round about quote for the repair and stuck to it almost to the penny! They were quick and extremely professional in there approach to my issue and finding a solution.. we had the car back within 1week of deciding to have them go ahead with the repair and Mark was kind enough to drop all storage fees on the final bill.... absolutely incredible company, incredible owner, great job on the repair....My family is EXTREMELY pleased with the outcome and very grateful for Mark and his team ...REAL, HONEST, RELIABLE, trustworthy company and people at this shop!!! Will be bringing all my repairs to them at this point!!!!”

“On March 5th 2023 (Sunday) our car broke down 150 miles away from home and we were not able to start it. We finally connected with Mike from J&M Towing service, and he towed the car to his place of business. The good thing in that they rent to two mechanics (Robin and Ernesto) whose shop is in the same building. The next day (Monday) Robin and Ernesto replaced the alternator and repaired our problem. I was concerned because we were 150 miles away from home and in an unknown area. However, they did not take advantage of our situation and the charge for the repair was fair (substantially less the I expected). I would recommend both this towing service and these mechanics.By the way the next day, Mike the tow truck drive drove to our hotel and took us to the repair shop while we waited a few hours for the repair to be completed.
