Friendly service, yes, but not very prompt. My car spent a week there waiting for repair that never came, and I was forced to go elsewhere to get it fixed in a timely fashion. When the repair delays came, I got no phone call from the garage. If you have a project car that you can leave there for awhile, this place is fine. But if you have a much-needed car that needs fixing before Friday, go somewhere else.

Absolutly the best experience I have had with a auto shop in years.... they told me an estimate.... told me what day to drop my truck off and what day to pick it up..... vehicle was ready faster then any shop in kenosha.... truck was done right .... the price quoted was cheaper then any other shop then when picking it up found they had saved me even more money and saved me over a hundred dollars off the original estimate....

They go out of their way to make sure that you dont have to fix what isnt broken. I have never been to a shop where they actually care enough to take the time to real find the cause of the issue and not just throw parts at it. They had not just fixed what i needed but they went through my truck from top to bottom and informed me of any issue they saw that could be an issie down the line. I cant say enough. They really deserve to be in a high profile location. In all honesty they are my neighbors and i dont want them to move. I was welcomed in and talked to like we had been friends for years. Dont judge a book by the cover... location may be hars to find at first but once you find it youll never wanna go anywhere else.
