Best service I received in Kenosha! The facilities were very clean and service was timely. The manager Joe was very kind and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns about my vehicle! So helpful! Never once was I pressured to buy more than I needed and the prices for what I did need were good! The staff was all courteous and respectful and took time to make sure everything was done right but in a timely manner. Overall, kind and knowledgeable management and staff, timely service, clean facilities and good prices for quality services! I will definitely be coming back! Thanks!

I just left here. It was my first time there. This place is like the Hilton of oil changes. You stay in your car, the guys talk to you the whole time, they’re knowledgeable, relatable, professional, and they even gave me a bottle of water while I waited! The manager even came over and introduced himself. Took all of about 10 minutes or less. I found my new oil change place. Will for sure be back!Service: Oil change

Excellent service from Tristan and Chris today. I usually ask my husband to take my car in for an oil change, but these two made me feel so welcome and comfortable that I have no hesitation in taking the car in myself.

The oil change package needs to be explained, and they need to ask which one you’d choose. Even using a coupon I feel like I’m overpaying. Nearly $125 for oil change, fluids topped, tire air pressure, and air filter. Cabin filter was not checked either.

Great service from a great team! Tyler met me by my car and gave me a cold water. He then went through every one of their services as well as checking my oil and air filters. I ended up paying $163, but it was well worth it knowing everything is taken care of.Service: Oil change

Literally then 9 minutes on a Saturday which is AMAZING! literally just pull in, they get your info, and they tell you everything they're doing! They even gave me a cold bottle of water while I waited which was much appreciated! The two gentlemen (I didn't get their names and that's on me) were amazing (Saturday 9/22 @ 9:30am)! They also complimented my kitty, who goes on errands with me! 10/10 will get my oil changed there next time I'm due!

Wow, am I impressed with how efficient and amazing the service was. I know NOTHING about cars, and have not had maintenance done on my car for a while. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ta who gave me a refreshing water, and helped me get settled in, along with Tyler L. They were extremely informative, and kind!!! No soft washer on the oil drain plug and now I’m suffering the consequences of the bolt being over tighten with no washer in between the metals. Washer is supposed to be replaced with every oil change. I guess this is what I should have expected going here instead of a shop
