***Update On 52nd Street Take 5 is awesome I give them 5 stars.. I went Saturday and they got me together in no time and educated me on filter inside car.

Havnt been the best service lately no water offered I got topped off at 75th Kenosha take 5 and oil light stayed on Afterwards took a long as 39.min .. not 5..

I will only use Take 5! Their service is beyond any other place I've been and for a little cheaper! Today I was there. They mentioned an issue they noticed and I told them I was already taking it to the mechanic this week so I'd have him look at it. They told me I might not want to change the oil then because the mechanic would likely have to drain the oil. Instead they put 2 quarts in FOR FREE to hold me over. Unbelievable. Absolutely amazing.

I had my oil changed by Tomas, and he was the absolute best. He was very knowledgeable with what I needed and really cared about providing outstanding service. I literally can't say enough good things about him. He's the best!

Tomas was great. Everything else was TERRIBLE. I lived in Kenosha for 50.years and recently relocated to Milwaukee for work. Was in Kenosha visiting friends and got an oil change. 3 days later my car overheats. When I opened the hood, I saw they'd never replaced the cap on my coolant reservoir. I filled it after the car cooled but still had check engine light, temp gage not working and no a/c. I called and they created a claim but said I should wait until someone called before having a mechanic look at it or they may not pay for it. After a week, I called back and said no one had contacted me. They said they couldn't do anything and a claim person had to help me. Asked for a direct number and was told they don't have one. I went to the Take 5 website Contact Us and sent an email. STILL haven't heard back. I have heard from at least 3 different people that they've had very similar experiences after visiting a Take 5 location. Speed is great but not at the expense of accuracy.

For years, I have been taking my own vehicles, and friends cars, to Take 5. But recently when I took a friends car for oil change, the employees did not tighten oil filter, and, cross threaded the drain plug. All oil leaked out, car towed to repair shop, now Take 5 stalling on compensating for repair damages. May not use Take 5 anymore, if they don't compensate for their negligence.

Great place. I dig the bottle of water and not having to get out of your car. I only suggest you sign up with take 5 in advance and get yourself a coupon. I recently used a $25 off coupon on a $90 oil change. Sweet
