This review is for the Summit staff who field phone calls from Summit members. We called in to the Summit customer service line to resolve a “disputed charge” on our Visa account. The issue was complicated because we had concerns about whether the card had been compromised and we had been issued a replacement. After having several land-line calls dropped (possibly by our service provider) we reached Samantha in customer service after re-climbing an automated phone tree. She was very patient and knowledgeable, and was especially helpful in addressing all the complex issues that arise when this kind of situation occurs.Though we were near the end of her shift, she stuck with us through our questions, helped clarify our account balance, payments due, and helped confirm that our disputed charge was being addressed - but that it would likely take additional time.We were concerned that the account was paid by the due date - that evening - and she stayed on-line with us until we could confirm our account in good standing.Today she took the time to call back to us to be sure we were satisfied with the account and her service. We have had similar quality fine service at other (drive through and walk-in Summit branches and want to register our strong support for the credit union that truly offers patient, smart, and responsive HUMAN service.At a time when friendly robots seem to be waiting at every turn to “chat it up” it’s very good to know that at least one place still offers real excellent, authentic, person to person service. I opened an account today with Quenca. I couldn't be happier. She was outstandingly helpful, polite efficient and all around a wonderful person. So my recommendation to everyone in the area is to make it summit, ask Quenca get a free $200 for doing so but more importantly you get to meet the greatest human being to grace the earth. Love, love, loved this experience!!

I recently received a HELOC loan through Summit Credit Union. My Loan Officer was Quenca D. She was very professional and took the time to explain all of my options. She went over and above to ensure my loan was processed very quickly and either called me or sent me emails with updates. If anyone is in need of a loan or other services with Summit, I would definitely suggest you contact Quenca. She is absolutely amazing!

Recently I opened an account with Summit Credit Union, in Kenosha, Wi. A Sr. Universal Banker, Quenca, helped me. Quenca (love the name!) was brilliant, a true professional! She took time to explain various things to me and worked to ensure I had the best customer service, including coming in early to fit in with my crazy schedule. Summit just opened in Kenosha and are offering many great services and different accounts. I'm very happy with the service I received and was impressed with the their range of programs such as free financial literacy classes. I rarely leave reviews and was not paid for this one, but I had to give Quenca and Summit a big shout out. Thank you for your help!

If your credi/debit card gets hacked or you get a fraud notice it takes approximately three weeks for Summit CU to replace it leaving you stranded. Think twice.

I've been with summit for four years now, primarily using the Madison Wi branches. Only once have I had the experience of being a value customer. Thank you to that person. Recently I have had the pleasure of speaking to two representatives of a Kenosha branch that made me feel like a valued customer. I'm in the process of getting a loan to expand my business.
