I have been with state farm since 2015 . I had some challenges along the way that I thought were work out but I guess not. The staff are very friendly but resolution are not the best. I've had an issue for quite sometime my issues seems beyond help and I'm confused and concerned as no one has been able to resolve an issues that is on state farm part I have spoken to each person in the office and still no help. So it seems like me as a loyal customer my Insurance is now cancelled because no one could assist. I am being over charge and etc.

If you are looking for the absolute best insurance office ever, look to State Farm and agent Keith Rasch. I was so stressed out when I called Keith, as I needed to change my home owner's policy. Keith took his time to talk to me to make sure I calmed down FIRST AND FOREMOST!
He then went on to explain to me how he could help me. He did everything he said he could do, and saved me more money than I ever thought possible. I am still on Cloud 9 with the FAST SERVICE I received from Keith. He told me he would take care of changing my home and auto policies over to State Farm, that I did not have to worry about anything. I am so very, very happy that I called this agency and got Keith on the line. He gave me my peace of mind back, and I will always be grateful to him for that. On top of getting me great rates, he took a payment from me over the phone with no additional charges. Thank you so very much Keith for your professionalism and most of all for taking your time to make sure I was happy with my new policies.
Again, please call this agency for all of your insurance needs. You will be so glad that you did.

We absolutely love State Farm, and specifically I couldn’t ask for an easier contact with Mariel. She has always gone above and beyond, making things so seamless. She’s quick to respond to emails and has always answered every time I’ve called her office line. We had a minor incident a few weeks ago, and she was so kind in helping us navigate a new situation to us.
