It's always fun to see what saint vincent's has to offer. The staff has been consistent for years, and it's nice to see that. I feel they're getting very high underprices. Sometimes I can buy things at the retail store.Cheaper than I can get at saint vincents. I wish they would consider that and change it up.

They really don’t want to help black but if you white they are very nice to you I would not tell anybody to come there oh yea Lisa just call me and told me if new stuff come in they can’t donate anything new it all have to be used so that goes back to what I was saying that they pick and choose what they want to give you smh if yall really want to help people and that what yall love to do it should not matter if it use or new at long as yall helping people but in they case that not what they like to do only if it use she said new things people donate to them they sale use things people donate to them they give away so tell me how do that sounds to yall so if yall go there looking for help don’t

This is my favorite thrift store in Kenosha! I come in almost every day after work. Their prices are reasonable and they have a wide selection of nice stuff. Their staff is also very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this store to anybody in the area!

Just tried to return an item for store credit and was told that all sales are final. Only electronics may be returned within 7 days. I remember a time when electronics were non refundable and you can exchange other items. All I wanted was a store credit in exchange for the item I purchased. To be told I cannot refund when I have witnessed myself a full refund and exchanges in the past. My last trip there I was told to go in another lane for purchase due to a large REFUND on clothing items! I was shocked because it was quite a bit of baby clothing. Their sign is at the exit that states "all signs are final" at the exit door but not stated on the receipt. Not happy at all with this policy that they can break their own rules when it suits them. I belive in their mission of helping others through gifted donations and I support their efforts and services which is why I frequent this establishment. That is why I asked for a gift card or store credit not a refund. I bought a non electrical item to assist my wife getting up from a chair that didn't work with any of the furniture we recently have that's all.

The boss over the food pantry needs to not judgemental and be critical with those that come utilize the food pantry as being smart saying one has many options to get the food and help then tell the individuals and be professional about it. What goes around comes around as I don't need to explain what I go through within my family as my respite worker took me getting paid as personally don't need a shadow to distract me. I try to be a grown adult and don't like needing the extra help due to my disabilities which I am able to back up. Some don't have help and you don't know their situations why one has to utilize the pantry for the disrespectful comments also said to the clients by staff. Clients have to take the no professionalism as purely was humiliated by my family like crossed by staff where donations are brought to you to help the community. I know how to apologize and be grown about certain matters as I have no control over what others say and do to me when there. I tell them until I am blue in the face now so why compassion and empathy is there. I personally didn't know this would happen relying on others not knowing all the options not owning a bike, able to work being disabled with what isn't seen on the outside like having a car. I have to be able to feed my daughter and I and not be punished by others speaking and behaviors that absolutely have no control over the situation. I have been embarrassed multiple times like no apologies given from staff also. I use my own personal money to support the business that gives you all your paycheck from what donations given by many resources. Heck i personally donate but you treat others the way you want to be treated as I didn't want any distractions from anyone as wasnt listening to the one helping me lift since it's not in your job description to help the clients lift now.
She wasnt professional always and respectful like I was told to apologize to my Family member that has issues like other individual that was absolutely rude to may family member. I know how to personally handle my personal business and mind my business as personally know I wasn't disrespectful for my ride personally asking her beforehand to stay in car as she doesnt know the personal rules of the pantry.to avoid the disturbance between the two family members.Personally one has no room to judge a situation and falsely myself for bringing behaviors that I didn't demonstrate unlike the other two that came along. Not everyone has accessibilty to transportation I personally shouldn't have to apologize nor be embarrassed by my ride or individual.
I am not a rude individual that always thinks of others especially my neighbors whom unable to get to you guys for food besides utilizing all the food card benefits. It's not safe for me and my neighbor to utilize the public transportation always as you don't personally know our medical issues hence why we get rides and help each other.

Unfortunately, because of my experience I won't be returning. It was a great thrift, but I was followed around the whole store. Assuming because I'm black. I thought nothing of it until an employee truly made his way into every isle I was in. So I decided to move to a different area of the store and there he was. At this point I knew it wasn't a coincidence. I also had my 9 month baby with me. It's disappointing to say the least. I hope no one else has to experience this.
