Very rude and unhelpful receptionist. Be aware there a charge for using any credit card. Very unorganized and unprofessional shop.

I took our van to SDR, which was the 3rd repair shop trying to find answers on what was wrong and making noises. The first two shops (one was the actual car manufacturer dealership) both returned our vehicle having with a report that there was nothing wrong, which I knew to be untrue.
SDR suggested we ride along with me to make sure I had an opportunity to point out what I was hearing to make sure they heard it too so they knew what they were looking for.
They called me, tolde their findings and gave me an estimated cost for the repair. When I got my vehicle back, the noises were gone and the cost was actually a less than the original estimate which I wasn't expecting but was obviously nice.
I will definitely take my vehicles to SDR again for service done right the first time.

Steve was incredibly knowledgeable, easy to work with, patient and was, in my opinion, really interested in helping get my truck running the best it could without breaking the bank. Best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic. I’ll never take my vehicles anywhere else.

Great service and they stand behind their work. I had a part go bad after a repair and they replaced it free of charge. No questions, no hassle. Just good old fashioned dependable service.

Good work at very fair prices. Most importantly, theyre honest. Took my GTI in for front brakes and a transmission flush. They let me know the fluid looked basically brand new and must have been changed right before I bought the car. They could have easily just charged me and not even done the work. They were honest about it and I really respect that. I will be back if I ever need anything else

Reliable, Knowledgeable and Fair
SDR has been a reliable source of auto repair that I trust to address my needs at a fair price. My ancient Toyota van (20+ years) is my “bum around” utility vehicle: move things – haul to the dump – back up primary vehicle. SDR has kept it going for me without any hesitation about its age. A sudden brake pedal to the floor resulted in the installation of custom bent rear brake lines that work like a charm. Good to go and I’m happy.

Only out for you’re money don’t recommend going here, had my car taken in for loud knocking in my engine they told me I needed a whole new engine with only saying it’s just an internal engine issue nothing els. Went to get a second opinion and found I my oil pan, spark plugs and timing chain needed to be replaced thankfully jiffy lube told us about a dent in out oil pan which made me get a second opinion at a better auto repair just saved me 7k from a money grubby Business very disappointed.

The level of professionalism and the amount of care which have been demonstrated with the service provided by the people of SDR has been remarkable. I truest feel the people there are very knowledgeable, the shop is t trashed, everything appears to be very neat and orderly. Would I recommend SDR? The answer is definitely. Their service coupled with the warranty offered through them make it hard to find a better shop.
