Maybe it's influenced by how awful the Melrose Park, Illinois store was... but this Sam's club was a joy. Everyone was nice and helpful. I can't quite give Sam's Club in general five stars. They don't have much in the way of gluten-free, the cinnamon rolls were yummy but sadly a bit stale, and it still overall feels like Costco's dim cousin... but I liked the people here so much and the Walmart next door was convenient for the rest of our needs. This place would not be a 5/5 if not for the staff. Tips: look for marked down items on top of the piles and check the scan and go table at the front.

James from the tire department saved the day! My mother in law is handicap and she called me to tell me her tires were really low and if I could help. I thought "easy peasy." ...NOT SO MUCH!! I drove to 4 different gas stations and ALL of the air compressor machines were out of order. The last place I stopped was the Kwik Trip right near the Sams Club on Brumback. OUT OF ORDER... I was upset cold and out of options. I was getting nervous as 3 of the tires were dangerously low and I had driven from the south side of town already to the Northside. As I was driving I thought SAMS CLUB! We have purchased all of our tires from there maybe they could help! I needed to stop and purchase a few items anyway I thought, I will give it a try. I did not have an appointment. I was greeted by James in your tire center. I explained my situation and WITHOUT hesitation he agreed to help. I offered to pay he said "I will do it for free"... When I tried to pay him he refused payment and said he would get fired if he took my money. With tears in my eyes I thanked him. Simple acts of kindness does not happen every day. He did not have to help me but he did WITHOUT HESITATION. This is something that I will always remember. A little help goes a long way and makes such a big impact. I asked the store manager what was the best way to make the most impact for JAMES from tires to be recognized and she mentioned a review! Here is my story and hats off to James for going ABOVE and BEYOND! I will always refer friends and family to SAMS CLUB fir their tire needs. Thanks again, I am forever grateful for your help!

I was denied basic essential purchase yes! water & food yesterday. Tried purchasing water and 1 rotisserie chicken. My wife is the main card holder and since she wasn't with me I was denied food purchase. Who's to say she didn't feel well and she sent me instead. I get it for other purchases but food and water, really who does that? Terrible service from cashier. Borderline discrimination.

was In to order a birthday cake for my child and witnessed the cake decorator eating frosting from the icing bag that she was icing the cake with! She had no gloves on as well. This is absolutely disgusting to see. I will not be getting any cakes from this club so gross!

I'm changing the grade I gave to this store in the past from 5 to 1 because I felt disappointed today, after discover that the store I thought was taking best care of its clients with the face mask use, social distancing and even disinfecting common superfices, it's not doing it any more. The store allows clients to be on the store without mask and buy stuff. No consequences, nobody tells nothing. Are you aware that allows people be without mask could affect other clients hea

Staff will not let you in without a membership card but sadly - you can come on in and shop for hours without a mask, no questions asked. This is patently irresponsible.

Use the scan and go App, it’s faster, and you’ll have a running total of how much your spending, the only line will be the one on your way out the door when they scan the QR code, and you are done, I like to scan as I put it in the cart, that way when I reach my budget I know to finish and pay.

Worst Christmas shopping experience EVER! The electronics department is a complete joke with no intelligence to be found. I went around looking for help to find a specific kind of T.v. but everyone seemed as if they could care less and just carried on looking bored and uninterested. There was one silver lining, eventually someone (I think his name was Noah) did come over and helped me out by answering all of my questions and helping me with what I needed. Other than that this visit was a complete joke. Only recommend going when he's working.

Horrible service at the auto center today. They have a huge sale but only 1 person working the register. I left after 30 minutes in line without moving. I talked to a couple who was there over an hour and still hadn't been serviced. Complete joke! If they're running a sale, on a Saturday during Christmas season, they should have it staffed enough to handle the customers.

This is a review of the "Sam's Plus Membership Program". One word - LIARS! Maybe I am being harsh, but I can't get the same answer for a question from anyone. First I despise paying for a reward program and only purchased it because I bought a play fort for my grandson and the rewards were a wash for the cost of the Membership. I bought the play fort and Membership at the Menomonee Falls, WI store and asked the service desk when the rewards would be available. I was told immediately upon completion of the sale. Several days later I tried to redeem my rewards at the Kenosha, WI store and was told that they were not available until December 2018. I immediately went to the service Center and spoke to the person who actually trained the store personnel on this program and she promised that if I didn't like it come December, she would refund both the accrued rewards and the Membership cost. Well it is December 1, 2018 and my Sam's account states that I have $80.00 available in December 2018. We went to the Franklin, WI store and attempted to redeem the rewards on a $327.00 sale. I should have known, I couldn't redeem them. Back to the service Center. First person says, "Yep, the money is there, I don't know why it isn't working." The person next to her says " Most of them become available on December 2nd." The manager Colton arrives on the scene and now I am informed that the rewards will be available 60 days prior to the expiration of my Sam's Club Membership. Holy Confusion Batman! I explained all the confusion we have experienced and asked him to make it right but Colton accepted the loss of a sale and a Customer instead. Next stop, Kenosha, WI where they refused to stand behind their promise. I cancelled both Memberships, the Sam's Club and the Sam's Plus Membership Program and just took my refund for those. I am tired of being lied to.

I am very disappointed in the Sams Club in Kenosha Wisconsin. I was there on October 29th picking up a few items. I checked out and handed the cashier a $100 the cashier was supposed to return $44 and some change however, she returned the receipt, my members plus card, and $4 and some change. Normally, I count my money before I leave however, this time I didn't and the cashier took me for $40. I have been trying to get this matter resolved through Sams Club the Manager claimed that she viewed the video and also the cashiers drawer did not have an overpayment. That statement simply is not true that money was stolen from me because I got distracted reaching for a box to store my items. Funny how I had the $4 and some change and the two twenties were missing. I plead with everyone count your money before exiting this store and don't trust that a smiling cashier won't steal your money. By the way, I went straight home so there's no chance the money was lost or spent. It is the holiday season be careful. I'm not letting this go with Sams club I contacted corporate still no response. They will hear from me again.
