Very nice staff helpful and concerned about the animals going to good fit homes . I enjoyed the interactions. We found a great loving sweet boy and he's potty trained. Thanks WHS Kenosha .

Phenomenal staff, clean facility. My nervous dog was well taken care of and the vaccines were quick and easy. They explained everything very well and were so kind to us.

Employees were very rude. We were ready to adopt one particular cat, but apparently calling in and preemptively asking the staff to hold a cat, takes precedence over someone in the shelter looking to take them home now. The most backwards customer service I’ve ever seen. Also, right on the Wisconsin humane society it clearly says they can’t hold animals. (Picture attached) Stay clear, go to Racine if you want an amazing experience adopting your next pet.
