Went to Ruffalos with Jasmine for my first facial. I have to say it was a great experience. Jasmine is very professional and her knowledge and genuine kindness was awesome. Doing this for the first time, I didn’t know what to expect. Jasmine was so gentle. I didn’t think she was doing anything at all to my face but afterwards my pores were so clean and my skin looked great. I am definitely going back for another visit

LuLu provided one of the best experience i have had while getting my hair colored. She was passionate and descriptive about mixing colors and obtaining certain results that I even got excited for my color… I usually go sit ask for base color and lites… she had me talking about my family and asking questions Which is out of character for me, she really made it a fun time and my color turned out PHENOMENAL!!! What is the purpose of implementing an online booking system if appointments are not honored? I have been struggling to find a reliable hair salon and heard positive reviews about Ruffalos. After booking an appointment and receiving a confirmation email, I arrived only to be informed that my appointment could not be honored. The hair stylist assigned to me had decided to call her client early and have her come in during my appointment time, leaving me without a scheduled appointment. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and has me questioning the reputation of this salon. Unfortunately, will have to keep on looking for a reputable hair salon.

Emily Brehm is amazing. I've gotten haircuts, waxing, nails and microblading done by her, and I've never once been disappointed in the 15+ years I've been going there/to her. My son has also been getting his haircut by her since his first time & he's now 15!
The entire process from when you walk in to when you walk out, everyone, and your stylist, makes you feel welcome, like they understand that this is a relaxing, rejuvenating, and self caring time for you!
